Meet your Posher, Lisa

Hi! I'm Lisa. I'm retired from the US Army after 23 years of service, 3 combat deployments and a year in South Korea. I'm mom to 2 amazing young men “the Boobears” named Chase and Cameron along with my fur babies “the house bears” Kiana and Oreo the Newfoundlands. If you ask the Boobears- the house bears are the favorites. I’m also grandma to 4 cats courtesy of the Boobears. I love to travel and have been to over 20 countries and 49/50 of the States......Alaska being the only one I have not been to yet. I’ve been blessed to see some of the greatest places and worst places in the world. I run a Christmas light show named "Christmas on Hellam" on the book of faces which I use to raise money for local female Combat Veterans to help them get back on their feet and get the services they need. I serve as an elected officer with my VFW and am Chairwoman of our Districts Combat Women Veterans Committee. Finally- I’m an avid hockey fan and season ticket holder for the Hershey Bears (13 time Calder Cup champs- GO BEARS!) and also a member of the Bears booster club. From the end of September through at least April you’ll find me at hockey whether it’s practice or games where I’ll be cheering on the team and adding to my signed hockey puck and jersey collection. 💜🐻
