SOLD 6/30 on Etsy Vintage Two Flowers (“Deux Fleurs”) Perfume Bottle handcrafted in France of clear and satin-finished lead crystal. Signed (Lalique France) and in A+ Condition! The iconic design by Rene Lalique has been a favorite since its creation in 1935. Hard to pinpoint the vintage of this bottle precisely, but the signature suggests circa 1945 - 1970s. DESIGN: While this bottle can be a vessel for storing perfume, it is an exquisite crystal sculpture in its own right. The elegant overlapping daisy flowers design embodies Lalique's signature style of infusing natural motifs into his creations. The meticulously rendered flowers in bloom are enhanced by the subtle contrast between the clear and frosted elements. The bottle bears the etched Lalique hallmark on the underside (as well as the remnant of a label, likely from an antique shop, as this was purchased by my antique-collecting mother. I can remove it at the buyers request, if preferred). SIZE: 3 5/8” W by just under 3 3/4” H (including stopper - 2 3/4” without) by 1” deep. CONDITION: This bottle is in impeccable condition.
