Mar 18 09:19AM
missaisha555@pm_editor love the new changes!!
Mar 18 09:26AM
randie21@pm_editor LOVE the new shipping rates! Equally good for sellers and buyers. HATE the new flat rate commission on items $15 or under. We will be making less on these items and Posh will be making more. I'm sorry but, making $0.05 on a $3 item isn't going to cut it for me. This is forcing us to raise our prices on lower cost items. Not good for our buyers!
Mar 18 09:26AM
pm_editor@sarar54 That sounds like an awesome plan! Happy shopping!
Mar 18 09:26AM
pm_editor@avrilscloset Thanks for your comment! We're so happy to hear that!

yooniAwesome update! Thank-you for lifting the 2lb limit! Whew! :))))
Mar 18 09:35AM
pm_editor@randie21 Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughts. We completely hear your point. We made changes to the commission for orders less than $15 so we could continue to deliver a great user experience for these lower-priced orders, including USPS 2-3 Priority Mail shipping and Posh Protect. At the same time, we also lowered buyer shipping fees to attract more buyers and help you sell more items in your closet. We believe this is a positive change all around that will encourage more bundles to be sold while buyers enjoy a lower shipping rate.
Mar 18 09:38AM
pm_editor@missaisha555 @lilamia15 @jopoalex @jhenirosey @yooni Thanks for sharing your excitement! Happy Poshing!

Mar 18 09:44AM
p3nguinYaay. So happy about this! 😋👍
Mar 18 09:48AM
danipageCan someone please tell me how we aren't losing money on items $14 and under???? If you're taking a flat rate of 2.95 for items $15 and under that means a listing I have for $5 instead of me making $4 I will only be making $2.15!! And if I have a listing for just $3 I will only make 5 cents???? That's insane !!! So are you trying to make posh a place now where only designer items priced high to begin will be the only option to make any money from? It seems like you're trying to edge out people with lower prices items or forcing people to raise their prices just to make a profit. Explain PLEASE!!!!
Mar 18 09:54AM
danipageSo apparently your way of thinking is to "encourage" bundling hence making YOU more money not the seller...for those of you thinking this a grand idea should really do the math this is only good for Poshmark not the sellers!!
Mar 18 09:57AM
danipage@randie21 it appears we are the only ones that can see through this "change"....😉
Mar 18 09:58AM
randie21@danipage Yes, it does!!! I think the new shipping fees are awesome but I will no longer be able to offer a lot of my items at a great price for my buyers. I'm sorry but, making five cents on an item that's worth $3 isn't going to work for me.
Mar 18 10:02AM
leather_sequinsSo...if something is listed for $6 - nearly 50% is taken. Can't say that this "new commission" is anything to get excited about. On a $15 order PM takes 2.95 rather than $3. Giving us an extra nickel isn't something to get excited about.
Mar 18 10:06AM
sagesister@danipage It seems like instead of charging the buyer those $2 of the shipping, they decided to take it from the seller with this new commission plan? Which sucks for anyone with a mostly low-priced closet.
Mar 18 10:08AM
ecg0303@randie21 @danipage I completely agree! These are only positive changes for Poshmark, not the sellers or buyers! Sellers are going to have to increase prices to make any money! There are plenty of apps like this and Poshmark is just going to push people to shop elsewhere!
Mar 18 10:09AM
caitlins83Still love this idea. I think this will really improve the quality of what people are selling too. Thanks again for making Poshmark so easy to use!
Mar 18 10:09AM
leather_sequins@randie21 @danipage @pm_editor 👆Some kinks need to be worked out here...
Mar 18 10:10AM
laram@leather_sequins in both cases, your buyer will pay $2 less for shipping. I'm excited to see more sales as a result.
Mar 18 10:10AM
danipage@randie21 yea u just emailed mannish and said it'll cost more for the piece of paper and ink to print out a freakin' label!! Well I guess their thinking is to giveth (as in better shipping rates) they must taketh (as in crappy profits) ...it's getting ridiculous around here. Of course the posh pets that sell high priced items will enjoy this and get on the band wagon but what about those of us that are realistic and price our items reasonable I mean come on all of posher's stuff is mostly used we can see that that's why we price our items at a lower rate but others live in a bubble and price their used items high. Looks like we will have to jump on the band wagon raise our prices sky high or jump off and go to eBay.
Mar 18 10:10AM
randie21@ecg0303 Agreed!!!
Mar 18 10:10AM
danipage@randie21 typo up there I meant "I" emailed mannish
Mar 18 10:11AM
pm_editor@danipage We appreciate you sharing your thoughts here. In addition to the reasons explained in one of the above comments, one of the reasons we made this changes that hasn't been discussed much was to give sellers more freedom in creating heavy bundles with our new 5 lb. weight limit, hence selling more from their closet, and to give sellers more freedom with their pricing while buyers enjoy lower pricing. We understand this change will take some getting used to and hope all Poshers will enjoy the benefits that this commission change has allowed us to make.
Mar 18 10:11AM
randie21@danipage Absolutely! Some items just simply aren't worth more than our $5 or $3 (plus shipping) asking price.
Mar 18 10:13AM
pm_editor@allureofbrazil @meunice33 @p3nguin @caitlins83 @laram Thanks for sharing your excitement! Happy Poshing!
Mar 18 10:14AM
nineveThese are such amazing changes! 4.99 shipping is such a wonderful deal for all us buyers, and as a seller the 5lbs shipping label is a dream. 😍😍 I'm so excited. Thank you, thank you, thank you Posh! You continue to evolve and make wise choices for our community. 💕💕💕
Mar 18 10:14AM
pm_editor@leather_sequins @sagesister @ecg0303 Thank you all for taking the time to share your thoughts. We understand your frustration. We believe this is an all-around positive change that will encourage more bundles to be sold while buyers enjoy a lower shipping rate. We hope this helps to ease your concerns.
Mar 18 10:17AM
danipageHere's my issue what if they DON'T want to bundle???? I go into plenty of closets on here and only see one item I want it's actually a rarity I ever bundle. I have spent ALOT of money on here (you're welcome) but I will refuse to pay $20 for a pair of $5 earrings because the seller was forced to raise her prices just to make a profit because of your new flat rates. I also don't want to be forced into bundling if I don't want to. I will be seeing a lot more bundling listings on here I'm sure that's really the only way now to make a profit. So those $3 earrings I was selling will now have to be sold in a listing with a shirt and shoes just to make a profit. It's like a freakin' rooms to go now but with clothes and accessories I suppose eh???😳
Mar 18 10:18AM
leather_sequins@pm_editor Thank you for the response. What I'm hearing and reading is this is geared mostly towards the buyer. Offering $2 less for shipping is not going to suddenly make someone more inclined to buy that $45 dress. They're either going to spend the $45 or not. Seems as though there aren't any positive changes for sellers or better yet - businesses. Which is what we are - we don't sell used items out of a closet. This an actual, online, registered, licensed business. Can't say that we agree wholeheartedly with the new changes.
Mar 18 10:22AM
danipage@randie21 well there goes half my closet if not all of my closet because my items are for the most part $20 and under. I'll be closing my closet sooner than next month now there's just now point I refuse to scam people on here and raise my prices sky high it's bs
Mar 18 10:22AM
lyannSuch exciting news - love love love!
Mar 18 10:25AM
randie21@danipage It is BS! I will just have to find a better way to market my lower priced items. I love Poshmark and the community. I will be staying on, just doing things a little differently I guess. Hopefully, buyers won't have a problem buying if the item is a little more pricey but the shipping is cheaper for them. I do LOVE that they finally changed the shipping policy. They should have just stopped at that!
Mar 18 10:26AM
g_l0This is huge! Time to shop my likes. :)
Mar 18 10:27AM
hello_elainesuch exciting changes!!! go Posh!
Mar 18 10:28AM
mynameismitaI know this is terrible for sellers of ultra low cost items, but OMG I love the new shipping rates and up to 5lbs! I've lost so much money on overweight packages it's insane. 😃😃😃
Mar 18 10:29AM
danipage@randie21 ahhh yes randie but who would pay for that change hmmm ??? It had to be us. At the end of the day it's business and business isn't here to make friends business is here to make money case closed and so will my closet on the 19th.
Mar 18 10:30AM
pm_editor@leather_sequins We wholeheartedly believe these changes are positive for every member of the Poshmark community as the lower shipping price and higher weight limit on our PoshPost label will drive more sales than ever before. We do appreciate your sharing your thoughts.

Mar 18 10:32AM

Mar 18 10:38AM
leather_sequins@pm_editor What I personally would suggest and would like to see - is a one step check out for MULTIPLE sellers with the same lower shipping price. It's not necessarily bundling with one seller but bundling multiple items across different sellers. We're sure this can be implemented...
Mar 18 10:39AM
stephanieshihSuch wonderful news!! You guys are the best ❤️❤️❤️
Mar 18 10:40AM
triplyksisI'm not gonna lie, I'm pretty stoked to not have to weigh my every sale to make sure it's under the limit! Looking forward to seeing a bump in my sales. And don't get me started on how many more things I'm going to want to buy now!

Mar 18 11:00AM
ginger71Hello, I love that Poshmark is listening and trying to make positive changes. The 4.95 shipping will help tremendously. However, the new commission rates will essentially kill me. I am a top 10% seller on poshmark! I have poured my heart and soul into this app for over a year now. It is becoming increasingly difficult for me to sell on posh and this new change may result in me eventually having to leave. I have hundreds of listings in my closet that are priced from $5 to $14. I do not want to raise the price of $8 earrings just so that I can make a profit with the new 2.95 commission for under $15. I have thousands of dollars in inventory that I will lose because on a $5 pair of earrings, posh takes 2.95 and I then make no profit because of the inventory cost. Honestly, I'm not one to complain. I understand it's hard to please everyone and businesses have the difficult task of trying to make a decision that will help the majority. I normally don''t complain, but I felt that this commission change is a critical turning point for me as far as how much longer I can hang in there.
Mar 18 11:02AM
queenmummWhat could possibly be better than me being on vacation? READING THIS!!!👍👍😁👍👍
Mar 18 11:05AM
kimmiedeeOoooo weeee! I myself can't stand to weigh items either @triplyksis! Let the bundling commence!❤️❤️❤️ LOVE!
Mar 18 11:08AM
pm_editor@katjo @acephalous @queenmumm @kimmiedee Thanks for expressing your enthusiasm, ladies!
Mar 18 11:09AM
pookiebeauI was quite hopeful of good changes to come after yesterday and I guess it's true that you can't get the good without the bad. For those of us who aren't fortunate enough to afford to list higher end items we are at the losing end of this. Half of my closet if not more is $15 or less so I'll be making even less profit than before just trying to sell off my items! The rest of the changes are beyond amazing and all we have been asking for since you all first changed the shipping a long time ago. But now I am feeling even less excited about my decision to stay on posh and now I worry more for my dad's closet who also sells mainly $15 & under items. People just aren't bundling like they use to and I can see that you all are trying to make it more "posh" like it use to be but I fear this will only continue to make people change to different selling apps.
Mar 18 11:11AM
katjoUp to 5 pounds FREE?! Are you serious?!! What a huge difference from the 2 lb limit! I just spent over $9 on a bundle upgraded shipping label last week! I'm thrilled about the $4.99 flat shipping rate on all sales. I think many items below $25 were difficult to sell because of the $7 shipping charge, not any more!!! It's very cool that the USPS has added Poshmark to it's short list of e-commerce companies that they have made a private shipping label for. Previously only EBay and Amazon and now POSHMARK!!! This just shows that even the USPS believes in and recognizes Poshmark as a stellar e-commerce Company. Way to go Poshmark...YOU ROCK!!!🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆❤️
Mar 18 11:13AM
pm_editor@ginger71 @pookiebeau We truly appreciate you expressing your concerns here. We made changes to the commission for orders less than $15 so we could continue to deliver a great user experience for these lower-priced orders, including USPS 2-3 Priority Mail shipping and Posh Protect. At the same time, we also lowered shipping fees to attract more buyers and help you sell more items in your closet. This change gives sellers more freedom in creating heavy bundles with our new 5 lb. weight limit, hence selling more from their closet, as well as giving sellers more freedom with their pricing. We believe this is an all-around positive change that will encourage more bundles to be sold while buyers enjoy a lower shipping rate. We understand this change may take some getting used to and hope all Poshers will enjoy the benefits that this commission change has allowed us to make. We hope this helps to ease your concerns.
Mar 18 11:16AM
pookiebeau@pm_editor No it doesn't 😔 @ginger71 I'm so feeling the same and my dad @shiachar is beyond livid right now and I fear he may be closing down too now 😩
Mar 18 11:18AM
bekiryThe change is good for buyers and esp poshmark ( I am more of a buyer ) but its not going to " continue to deliver a good user experience for lower priced " sellers. But hey who are we to complain. We should just take it or leave poshmark. No one forced us to be here.
Mar 18 11:36AM
blancaeq@lilamia15 so the shipping is better but commission on anything $15 and under is worse?
Mar 18 11:39AM
pookiebeau@bekiry You're absolutely right and many have already chosen to leave and I'm sure even more will be forced to now. 😔
Mar 18 11:42AM
ginger71I truly appreciate you taking the time to respond, but no, it doesn't ease my concerns. This will severely impact me and others who sell a lot of lower priced items. If I raise prices to compensate for my loss, people will just see a very overpriced closet. I wish you could have at least kept the commission rate at 20% for those selling $5 and up, as that would cover most people.
Mar 18 11:44AM
pm_editor@bekiry @blancaeq Thanks for sharing your thoughts! We always appreciate input for the Poshmark community.
Mar 18 11:47AM
mfanningLove the new shipping rates on all orders and the new increased 5lbs shipping weight--huge selling point for bundles! I completely understand why you implemented a flat-rate commission on orders under $15 from a business standpoint, but it will make me reconsider which items I post. I have a few items under the $15 mark and now I will either remove them from my closet or raise their prices. All part of an evolving, growing app.
Mar 18 11:49AM
lovelionessieI am so excited about this!! That new shipping fee and higher weight label are amazing!! 😊💜💖💕
Mar 18 11:53AM
partymk999I'm thrilled with the new $4.95 decrease in shipping for buyers and the increase on weight limit from 2 to 5 lbs for sellers its a WIN...WIN!!! Thanks Posh for the changes
Mar 18 12:08PM
ginger71Hello, could you please clarify, it was my understanding that it is 4.95 to ship "any priced" item up to 6 lbs. so the upgrades in weight are free up to 6lbs. However some people are saying that it's completely free to ship an item 5 lbs or less under posh post.
Mar 18 12:12PM
allyd86Very VERY pleased with everything!! Seeing these updates made my day, and I'm sure a lot of others. Thank you guys for taking the time to ever improve our Poshing experience! 💜
Mar 18 12:19PM
pm_editor@mfanning @lovelionessie @partymk999 @allyd86 Thanks for taking the time to leave a comment with your feedback! We love to hear from the Poshmark community.
Mar 18 12:24PM
lilamia15@blancaeq Yes love this is a good change for the buyers (low shipping) and for the sellers shipping heavy packages. But not a great change for a number of sellers listing their items at a low/affordable price. Let's just hope that this change is for the best and we all sell much more.
Mar 18 12:29PM
posherpoochCould you please put a share button beside the edit button 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Mar 18 12:30PM
pm_editor@ginger71 Certainly! With the new PoshPost label, buyers pay just $4.99 for shipping. Sellers will receive the pre-paid, pre-addressed label that can be used on any package up to 5 lbs. The seller can continue to upgrade their label to a maximum of 10 lbs. for $3.99 per pound. We hope this helps to clarify!
Mar 18 12:35PM
pm_editor@kpraker Thanks for your comment! We will definitely pass along this suggestion for further consideration.
Mar 18 12:38PM
ginger71Got it. Thank you for clarifying that.
Mar 18 12:39PM
laruesboutique@tareynolds @ashley1985 @bnsfpd4 🎉WOOT WOOT! 🎊 Lately I have been so pleased with Poshmark! Being on Poshmark for a year now, this is by far the best changes/updates to the program! First, they surprised me with a AWESOME update that makes it easier for navigation within closets. Now, they have reduced shipping to $4.99 for ALL orders & raised the limit to 5lbs!!! This is absolutely amazing! Poshmark actually listens to their members (no other selling site has ever done this for me)! I am really excited to see the sales go up and actually buy a few things I've been wanting!🎉Thank you Poshmark, @pm_editor , you never stop surprising me!
Mar 18 12:51PM
jordannbaaby@sarar54 agreed:)
Mar 18 12:53PM
jordannbaabyWait it's 3.99 per pound now? Agh!! :(
Mar 18 12:57PM
pm_editorNo problem, @ginger71! :)
Mar 18 01:01PM
pm_editor@laruesboutique Thanks for taking the time to share your enthusiasm. Happy Poshing!
Mar 18 01:02PM
pm_editor@jordannbaaby Over 99.5% of orders shipped by Poshmark sellers are 5 pounds or less, so sellers will almost never have to worry about upgrading your shipping label. In the rare event a seller needs to ship a very heavy order that’s 6 pounds or more, the cost will be $3.99 per pound. We hope this helps to clarify!
Mar 18 01:03PM
partymk999Bundle..Bundle Bundle BABY!!! Now I will sell the lower end items in a bundle. I'm getting ready to pair up the earrings with the bracelets and get my bundle on! at $4.99 shipping?.... these Babies will sell like hot cakes!

Mar 18 02:24PM
jessicaj8521I'm very happy for the new shipping rates, but all the little jewelry and accessories people use to sale for under $5 I'm sure will either go away or hike way up, with the flat $2.95, not a fan of that one :(
Mar 18 02:34PM
pjstephThis definitely sounds like an improvement on how things have been. Excited to see if this results in more sales. I know shipping costs have definitely been a deterrent in the past.

Mar 18 02:55PM
mannajoyI was very excited when I first started to read these changes. Then I got to the $3/flat rate business. This is nonsense and EXTREMELY discouraging!!! So I sell something for $3 and make $0 (ZERO!??) and pretty much any price under $15 you are taking much more than your "deserved" 20%.... Yes, you've made a "beneficial" change for the buyers, while taking more money from us sellers.... I dislike this so much. And don't appreciate it what so ever!!! I am very disheartened. 😕

pm_editor@mannajoy We’re very sorry to hear this is how you feel. We made changes to the commission for orders less than $15 so we could continue to deliver a great user experience for these lower-priced orders, including USPS 2-3 Priority Mail shipping and Posh Protect buyer protection. At the same time, we also lowered buyer shipping fees to attract more buyers and help you sell more items in your closet. Our goal is to deliver a simple, consistent experience to buyers and sellers.
Mar 18 03:54PM
jennlihLove this!!! I have paid so much on overweight fees in the past on bundles. I'm so happy to see this change. :) Good work!!!
Mar 18 04:13PM
pm_editor@jennlih We love your enthusiasm! Thanks for your comment!
Mar 18 04:23PM
itsbabyb7@pm_editor love the new shipping rates and the closet stats but what about public feedback for buyers? It would really help with bad sellers and cut out having so many cancelled orders due to non shipment or bad representation
Mar 18 06:11PM
patepiesPm_editor. Been in the fashion business in many facets all my life. I have found Posh Mark a great app! I am meeting people....do not need to go out in the cold for shopping...don ' t even need to put my makeup on... making money! The only bad thing is I DID NOT THINK OF IT FIRST!!!!!!!!
Mar 18 06:13PM
mommagomesLove the changes! Just makes sense so I'd say its a win-win all around 👍💝🎉
Mar 18 06:49PM
innabailey@pm_editor I have to agree with everything that @danipage @randipage @ginger71 @mannajoy have said. Youre making it not worth it for those that dont sell expensive items to stay on here. Id imagine its better to get the 20% rather than be greedy and lose the business of people using the app. There are other options like Vinted that will gladely let people keep selling their $3.00 and under items without basically stealing $2.95 from them. I see this greedy change as a major negative on poshmark.
Mar 18 06:57PM
lorileeI think the fact that we will be only making .05 on $3 it's and up is horrible. How are we supposed to sell items cheap for people with that kind of fee.? I will have to delete my account over this. It's so not worth selling my items I just want others to enjoy cheap!
Mar 18 08:42PM
elmo42891Do we still continue to use the same priority mail boxes?@pm_editor
Mar 18 09:32PM
shenneneilleenJust posted this to Facebook but realized I should be posting on here instead! 😩😜Suggestion - We totally need to separate likes from shares and comments in our news feed - I get over 500 notifications a day - actually honestly I have no idea how many I really get because I check this app every half hour lol but it's a lot! I would love to click on just likes to easily communicate with prospect buyers instead of having to scroll through a gazillion shares - when I'm ready to share I would then like to scroll through just shares and not my giant tagged comments and such - it recently was updated with comments separated now please can we separate the shares and likes! I also would love to be able to search for an item low to high price or high to low - instead of the under $25 , $25-$50 and so on option - also a way to save favorite brands without having to like an item to remember the brand - I've discovered so many brands on this app I would have never even known about before discovering it! I am very happy with the 5lb weight! I go over the past lowered 2 lbs constantly and always have to pay for extra shipping! However I feel that it should be the buyers responsibility to pay for extra shipping just like every other site! Reduced shipping costs are definitely going to attract so many more buyers including myself! It was a real deterrent going to buy something for cheap with that steep shipping price! Also ladies if you want to sell small items try doing what I do - offer them as free with purchase! It seems to be working lately for me! Happy Poshin' 👾
Mar 18 10:11PM
bholidayAmazing!!! As always🌹. POSHMARK Rock'z🎸🎸🎶🎼. 🐝
Mar 18 10:18PM
andrewmetzgerTHIS IS A COMPLETELY IDIOTIC POLICY. A FLAT $2.95 FEE ONLY GIVES A DISCOUNT TO PEOPLE WHO SELL STUFF AT THE CUTOFF OF 15$. A WHOPPING .4 PERCENT DISCOUNT BY THE WAY. POSHMARK IS GETTING GREEDY AND TAKING MORE THAN 20%. WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE?? THE GOVERNMENT? I WANT A RESPONSE JUSTIFY THIS CHANGE. IT IS GREEDY AND UNETHICAL. SO YOUR TAKING 30% FOR $10 SALES AND 59% FOR 5$ SALES POSHMARK????? SCREW YOU IM SELLING ON EBAY. I HOPE YOUR GREED BANKRUPTS YOUR COMPANY.
Mar 18 11:15PM
passion758Well you lost me as a customer taking my closet offline bye
Mar 19 02:04AM
ycats66Just tried to buy something for 15.00 and the shipping was 6.99. When will the 4.99 start ???
Mar 19 06:23AM
katexclosetLol you guys are pathetic. A whoppin' 20% is already high especially If you sell luxury items here. WAY TO INCREASE the seller fee for the lower priced items. Oh, please don't use your permanently-"too swamped" customer service as an excuse to charge so much.
Mar 19 07:39AM
katexcloset@andrewmetzger completely agree. eBay has many more buyers globally- and when I need help, I can(oh snap) CALL them and get a human in 5min. Posh is not well known and it's over focusing too much on making otherwise cheap buyers think they are "fashionable" at those posh planned parties... Time posh could have spent to learn to actually be a better app.
Mar 19 07:45AM
katexcloset@pm_editor to echo what everyone else said about shipping... For my amusement, I always checked how much it would have cost me to ship the USPS myself, and it was always below $7, and many times below $5. Way to scrape more money off us from shipping. You. Are. Pathetic.
Mar 19 07:48AM
naturelover I have to agree with @innabailey @danipage @randipage @ginger71 @mannajoy have said. Although I think the shipping charge is wonderful because I have paid lots of out of pocket charges for heavier packages the flat commission Poshmark will take for those items les than $15 seems a bit excessive. I'm just wondering if that's the way for Poshmark to discourage selling low cost items? Are you looking to make this a community in which only high end brands are sold at extreme prices? You have every tight to after all we all have a choice of where we can sell our items and are not obligated to sell on here. Either way I have to admit I do love Poshmark and can't see myself going anywhere else. LOL
Mar 19 09:08AM
naturelover@eserna get the latest scoot on changes here. :0)
Mar 19 09:16AM
pm_editorhi @ycats66 - the changes go into effect this Thursday, March 20th at 12:00 a.m. PT. Hope that helps, and please do let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks!

stephanieshihCan't wait for PoshPost to go into effect! Loving all the new changes and I'm so stoked to offer my buyers a larger discount on bundles! You guys are the best ❤️ Thanks for all your hard work and for making the Posh community even more amazing! 😄

jojolovesThis is so great! Can't wait for PoshPost! Thanks for streamlining shipping even more to make Poshing easier than ever!
Mar 19 10:08AM
janetypkThis is the best freakin news ever! I am sooooooo excited for this upcoming change, finally a FLAT RATE SHIPPING, and only $4.99!! Although I love bundling items to get over the $25 limit to lower shipping rates, there are times when I can't bundle and sadly I end up not buying the item because of a $2 difference, such a small amount but what a big difference it'll make. And as a seller, I don't have to worry about paying more to upgrade the weight….seriously, thats super awesome :) Let's get bundling!
Mar 19 10:19AM
pm_editor@itsbabyb7 Thanks for your suggestion! We appreciate hearing input from the Poshmark community! Happy Poshing!

glammargThank you Poshmark for these exciting changes! I love the super low cost and super fast shipping that Poshmark offers. Just when I thought Poshmark couldn't get any better - I'm so excited and can't wait to shop!
Mar 19 10:30AM
pm_editor@innabailey We’re very sorry to hear this is how you feel. Our goal is to deliver a simple, hassle-free experience to buyers and sellers, regardless of the package weight or how far away from the seller they live. The shipping rate for buyers is now a flat $4.99 for any order on Poshmark, regardless of price. And all orders continue to be shipped with USPS 2-3 day Priority Mail. The cost of delivering this consistent, fast-shipping experience to buyers is greater than the $4.99 shipping rate per order. Poshmark subsidizes part of the cost to deliver the best buyer experience possible. We hope this helps!
Mar 19 10:30AM
benshumI'm so excited to start shopping!
Mar 19 10:31AM
pm_editor@lorilee We understand why you feel this way. Note, however, we also lowered the buyer shipping rate to $4.99 on orders below $25. Previously it was $6.99. We expect the lower buyer shipping rate to attract more buyers and help you sell more items in your closet. We encourage you to keep your closet open to enjoy the benefits of this change.
Mar 19 10:31AM
pm_editor@elmo42891 Great question! There is no change to the boxes that you can use to ship your Poshmark sales. Please continue to use Priority Mail and stay away from Flat Rate, Regional Rate, or Express boxes. We hope this helps!
Mar 19 10:37AM
pm_editor@shenneneilleen Thanks so much for taking the time to provide your thoughtful feedback. We will be sure to pass it along for further consideration. We're glad to have you as a member of the Poshmark community. Happy Poshing!
Mar 19 10:39AM
woohahaI love love buying bundles! The $4.99 shipping fee with 5lbs label is amazzzzzeballs. :DDD
Mar 19 10:39AM
pm_editor@andrewmetzger We’re very sorry to hear this is how you feel. At the same time, we also lowered buyer shipping fees to attract more buyers and help you sell more items in your closet. Our goal is to deliver a simple, consistent experience to buyers and sellers.
Mar 19 10:56AM
bekiry@pm_editor how is changing the commission for items less than $15 going to continue to offer great user experience? I keep reading it over and over again from your replies yet it does not make sense. How is a 0.5 cents a good experience?
Mar 19 11:06AM
pm_editor@naturelover We are making this commission change so we can support a flat $4.99 shipping rate for buyers and the new 5 pound PoshPost pre-paid label for sellers at all price points. We are confident that this change will help you sell more fashion items from your closet and make shipping even simpler. We hope this helps to clarify!
Mar 19 11:19AM
cashmere_dreamzOMG!!!! This is fantastic news. $5 flat rate shipping is heaven on earth. I LOVE POSHMARK! If Poshmark were a boy I'd put a ring on it. Yay thanks!
Mar 19 11:22AM
pm_editor@stephanieshih @__rachel @coffeenapple @jojoloves @janetypk @leahlee @wincymonster @srmairs @benshum @woohaha @cashmere_dreamz Thanks so much for sharing your enthusiasm about these changes. We always appreciate hearing from the Poshmark community. Happy Poshing!
Mar 19 11:24AM
andrewmetzgerWho did the math on this? So if I sell items for 5 dollars and apply poshmark logic that I Will have Increased sales due to the reduced cost of shipping for the buyer, I will have to see a 39% increase in sales to make up for the pecentage increase in the flat commission of $2.95 LOL you guys are crazy if you think a 2$ drop in shipping will equate to a 39% Increase in sales at 5$ a piece. ANYONE SELLING ITEMS UNDER 15 iS BEING TAKEN BY POSHMARK. DO THE MATH PEOPLE DONT BE A FOOL. EBAY TAKES 20% AND HAS SELLER CONTROLS FOR SHIPPING AND LISTINGS. POSHMARK NEEDS TO RETHINK THIS
Mar 19 11:50AM
andrewmetzgerActually I just noticed the 4.99 shipping only applies to orders over 25. SO ITS EVEN WORSE. YOUR TAKING 39% MORE OF MY MONEY AT 5 DOLLARS FOR EACH SALE AND NO COPENSATION FROM REDUCED SHIPPING. TERRIBLE DECISION POSHMARK.
Mar 19 12:00PM
rysl31yayyyyyyyy!
Mar 19 12:16PM
pm_editorJust to clarify so there isn't any confusion, the $4.99 shipping actually applies to an order of any price on Poshmark. Our current shipping structure is $4.99 for order over $25 and $6.99 for order under $25. For orders under $25, buyers will save $2 on shipping with our new shipping rate. As a reminder, this will take effect Thursday, March 20th at 12:00 a.m. PT.
Mar 19 01:31PM
lac700I think this is a great change! It will help improve the quality of what is listed on the app and also prevent people from taking advantage of the subsidized shipping rates. It will hopefully keep people from trading and using the posh shipping labels for paypal transactions. It's not fair for poshmark to provide cheaper shipping when they are not even making any commission on a sale
Mar 19 01:41PM
mynameismitaI have something that was purchased today but I plan to ship tomorrow. It is over 4 lbs so I'll need to get a heavier label. Will requesting a new label tomorrow after the change has previews allow me to get the new 5 lb. label or will I still have to pay the extra for the old label?
Mar 19 01:51PM
katjo@bekiry Hi😃I see you're confusion and I hope I can help to clarify it for you. You have to look at the overall big picture, yes, the commission for items less then $15 will be higher but the decrease in the over $15 items and most significantly the free upgraded label for up to 5lbs is huge. Lower shipping charges will increase sales thus compensating for the commission on listings under $15. Currently for example a $10 item a buyer paid $17 total with $7 shipping and you received $8. With the new shipping the buyer pays $15 and you receive $6.95. So if you raised that $10 item to $11 you will receive the same as you would have before the flat commission and your buyer pays $2 less with the $4.99 shipping. I really think if you give it a chance you will see more sales generated by lower shipping charges. The 5lbs free takes that pinch out of the sellers pocket which previously could really add up. Last week I paid $9 for an upgraded shipping label! I hope this helps you to understand the transition a bit better and I'm more then happy to answer any questions. Please keep in mind that Poshmark is a business, not a charity. The commission change supports the flat $4.99 rate and the 5lb allowance, lower shipping equals more sales. Give it a chance.😊💗
Mar 19 02:12PM
beethoventhanks so much poshmark team! i am so excited about $4.99 flat shipping. there have been so many times i wanted to buy a $20 item but couldn't seem to get past paying $6.99 just for shipping. to all the naysayers out there, i just want to say that i believe this is a net positive compromise and will def promote MORE SALES for all sellers combined. you can't get something for nothing - this is how the world works. i know that shipping costs more than what Poshmark charges us - just go to the usps website and take a look at the price of priority mail shipping - 5 lbs costs anywhere from $8.70 - $25.20!!! and they are charging us just $4.99. so yes, they have to make back at least a tiny bit somewhere. think about it from a buyer's perspective - wouldn't you rather pay $20 + $4.99 shipping ($24.99 total) rather than $18 + $6.99 for shipping (still $24.99)? the new shipping few will be AMAZING for us!!! Not to mention no more annoying upgrade fees!!!!!!
Mar 19 02:15PM
katjo@beethoven I completely agree!!! I'm so excited about the $4.99 flat rate shipping and up to 5lbs FREE!!! I agree with you especially on the items that are $15-$24, it's hard to sell in that range because many didn't want to pay the $6.99 shipping. To receive $4.99 shipping on a "Priority Mail" package including one that weighs up to 5 lbs is a bargain!!! This indeed will generate more sales!!👍👏👏👏😃
Mar 19 02:25PM
bekiry@katjo hi... honestly i really don't care i am more of a buyer. It is a plus to me and whatever I make here I spend it here anyway. I just wanted him to explain it to the sellers who have items for less than $15 how it would benefit the two parties. I also understand it is not a charity ńothing is for free ańymore. thanks for your reply.
Mar 19 02:25PM
mariaHello, bundles bundles bundles! Can't wait to never have to worry about the scale again (and, obviously, take advantage of the low-cost shipping). Hooray!
Mar 19 02:26PM
katjo@bekiry You're welcome💗I do a lot of spending here too...lol..I always justify it by telling myself it was such a good deal, look how much I saved!😜 Have a great day and Happy Poshing.😊
Mar 19 02:29PM
fashionspotYay! So happy I no longer have to pay extra to sell tall boots, coats, large handbags or anything else I had to purchase label upgrades for. That was always such a pain especially when I was already selling something at such a great deal
Mar 19 02:31PM
bekiry@katjo the lies we tell ourselves..lol happy poshing!

katjo@bekiry 😜👍😉
Mar 19 02:42PM
sheelagohAs someone whose closet is comprised of more than 40% shoes, this is SUCH BLESSED relief @pm_editor I've lost so so much money in absorbing shipping costs for shoes which, without fail, weigh more than 2lbs all the time. And yeah @lyann I missed the call :( my Mac died and by the time I was able to receive emails, it was passed the day/time. Took over a week :)
Mar 19 02:47PM
bhwardrobeI did the math for anyone who is concerned about listings under $15 At the minimum... For listings at $5-$12, 1. Sellers can increase the price by $2 to benefit the NEW system 2. Buyers will pay the same 3. Sellers benefit the OLD system for listings under $5 For listings at $10-$13, 1. Sellers can increase the price by $1 to benefit the NEW system 2. Buyers pay the cheaper price by $1 3. Sellers benefit the OLD system for listings under $10 @bekiry Creating new listings under $15 is not so great because the Posh fee is above 20%. However, if the listings were already created, the buyers and sellers both benefit if the sellers increase their price by $1 for listings of $10-$13. At the same time, buyers save $1 compared to the old system.
Mar 19 02:55PM
loveashcashI had emailed posh about the becoming a suggested user and they told me they would get back to me if I met requirements/guidelines. It's been over a month and I tried emailing a few days ago again, with no response. I follow all posh rules, and have clear cover shots so not really sure why I haven't gotten a response yet?
Mar 19 03:02PM
katjo@pm_editor You're welcome! I'm very excited about the change! What we all have to remember is Poshmark is providing us this incredible platform to sell our items as well as backing both seller/buyer with their protection guarantee. I think the commission change is a very small price to pay for the huge benefit we will receive with the lower shipping costs and 5lb weight allowance. I few minor adjustments on our under $15 items equals a win win for both seller and buyers in the overall big picture. Thank you!!!❤️😘
Mar 19 03:31PM
bellybearHow great is this! 4.99 shipping is awesome and as an avid Posh buyer it certainly is exciting - gives me an even better reason to shop shop shop! With an even bigger smile on my face. Yeeee! Thanks PM! I love you guys - love being a part of such a wonderful shopping community. 😚

Mar 19 04:32PM
pm_editor@mynameismita Great question! Labels requested after 12:00 a.m. PT on March 20th will be the new 5 lb label. This counts for orders placed before March 20th so long as the new label is requested after the change takes place. We hope this helps!
Mar 19 05:21PM
jenniferraynor@pm_editor I'm so happy about this new update!👍 What a great job you guys are doing in making sure everyone is happy!!😊💖
Mar 19 06:02PM
girlabouttownI want to say thanks for letting us know about these changes days in advance. It's taken me that long to really mull them over and decide how I want to change my selling strategy. A lot of other apps/websites would have just made these changes and sent an email after the fact so that's really awesome to know you guys really take what we're doing here seriously. I think these changes are a big step in the right direction and I look forward to the future!
Mar 19 06:04PM
girlabouttown@bhwardrobe What are you, some kind of math wizard? I started reading your post and started looking for a piece of paper to take notes. Thanks for the ideas (and for helping me to not have to do my own math after drinking a glass of wine)! G-E-N-I-U-S.
Mar 19 06:09PM
bhwardrobe@girlabouttown You're welcome :). A lot of people were concerned about the flat fee which I understand. If you make the simple changes with listings starting at $5 up to $14, it actually benefits the sellers too! It's something I wanted to address. @pm_editor $5 shipping is beyond wonderful and a steal deal for a package up to 5 lbs. That is the greatest benefit for all Poshers so we don't have to worry about weighing for bundle deals. I do hope someday that there'll be a cheaper shipping rate for packages that are just light weight.
Mar 19 06:21PM
girlabouttown@bhwardrobe I was thinking that even if it means having to go an extra step or two when listing an item, it would be great to have variable shipping rate for our buyers. So instead of just picking "Jewelry" it would then bring up a list of items so you could select "Necklace" and then a general weight estimate is tagged to it. Then if a customer just buys the necklace alone, maybe she only pays $3 shipping. It would be a little more work for us but I know it would encourage more impulse sales.
Mar 19 06:32PM
bhwardrobe@girlabouttown Wow, that's a great idea!!!!!! I wouldn't mind doing the extra step and still appears simple for the buyer :).
Mar 19 06:44PM
girlabouttown@bhwardrobe Hopefully @pm_editor agrees with me ;) Someday! Until then, here's to bundles!!
Mar 19 07:04PM
jooolsieSO excited for the new shipping!
Mar 19 09:03PM
mummadoeSo basically you are saving our buyers shipping costs BUT NOW IF WE SELL A $3 ITEM WE MAKE A WHOLE NICKEL AND IF WE SELL A $5 ITEM YOU ARE TAKING A 60%COMMISSION AND IF WE SELL A $10 ITEM YOU ARE TAKING A 29.5% COMMISSION So what our buyers save on shipping we lose on our sale and YOU PROFIT even more by getting a flat fee of $2.95 for any sale $15 or under. Yeah, the new shipping fees and commissions are really fair to the sell who is doing all the work.
Mar 19 09:30PM
mummadoe@girlabouttown @pm_editorjojo @bellybear @bhwaredrobe So basically Posh is saving our buyers shipping costs BUT NOW IF WE SELL A $3 ITEM WE MAKE A WHOLE NICKEL AND IF WE SELL A $5 ITEM YOU ARE TAKING A 60%COMMISSION AND IF WE SELL A $10 ITEM YOU ARE TAKING A 29.5% COMMISSION So what our buyers save on shipping we lose on our sale and POSH PROFIT even more by getting a flat fee of $2.95 for any sale $15 or under. Yeah, the new shipping fees and commissions are really fair to the sell who is doing all the work.
Mar 19 09:35PM
kskloset@pm_editor Thank you for creating a community of support 💕 Yes, the change affects us all in diff ways but we have to learn to embrace it and make it work for us, sellers, and Poshmark as a company needs to make it work for the company too. 🎉 So win-win 🎉 I've had my closet on here for about a year and I appreciate the experience. 💕 So thank you!
Mar 19 09:38PM
mummadoe@bhwardrobe like how you believe the seller should just increase their prices because Posh is charging the seller a flat rate for items $15 and under. Then the buyer has to spend more. Do you see anything wrong with this picture!!!!!
Mar 19 09:40PM
mummadoeAfter reading more & more blogs we don't have a lot of rocket scientists here.
Mar 19 09:45PM
bhwardrobe@mummadoe My examples only apply for listings that are between $5-$13. If the listing is $5, I recommend to increase by $2 so the buyer pays the same. $5+$7 old way vs $7+$5 new way. You'll get $4 from the old way and $4.05 from the new way. If the listing is $10, I recommend to increase by $1 so the buyer saves $1. $10+$7 old way vs $11+$5 new way. You'll get $8 old way or $8.05 new way. Do you get my picture?
Mar 19 09:57PM
bhwardrobe@mummadoe Also, the decrease in shipping of $2 leaves room for seller to increase their price by $1 or $2. Therefore, buyers are not paying more as they are either saving $1 or paying the same. Also, my recommendation in the example is a way to benefit both the buyers and sellers when the listings are $5-$14 before the change.
Mar 19 10:08PM
kissayaI agree with randie21. The shipping is much better the commission is a rip off
Mar 19 10:38PM
innabailey@pm_editor You do realize that we are not illiterate and thus restating the same info that we had already read and saying you hope it clears things up is idiotic on your part. For those that dont sell heavy items, the 5 lb shipping upgrade doesn't matter. So yay for those that it helps up. However, for those that mostly sell jewelry and other small pieces for $5 or less, taking a bunch ole amount of commission is highway robbery. The sales I've made on here have been $2 here, $3 there for items that are not worth costing more. Id imagine if people wanted to pay retail pricing, they would just go to the mall and pay the same price for something that is minus the shipping cost and is returnable. I hope that helps YOU to better understand the issue that many are having with this new "upgrade".
Mar 20 12:44AM
mummadoe@bhwardrobe I don't get your calculations. Since when do we make any money on shipping charges?? That is what your examples show. Do you honestly believe people are going to buy your item when you increase it $1 or $2 because they think they are getting a great deal on shipping? Wake up. Poshmark is trying to compete with Vinted, Threadflip, Esby, ebay and other sites for your business.
Mar 20 06:00AM
mummadoe@innabailey Thank you!!! Like I stated if you sell an item for $3 you as a seller get a nickel. I'm sure your item wasn't free when you bought it so you are basically saying "Here have some free stuff, I'm not here to make any money." Before when you sold a $3 item Poshmark got 20% or .60 and you got $2.40. On a $5 item Poshmark got $1.00 and the seller got $4.00. Now Poshmark gets $2.95 and the seller gets $2.05. Even selling a $10 item Poshmark used to get $2.00 and the seller got $8.00. Now Poshmark gets $2.95 and the seller gets $7.05. So unless you start selling items $11 but no more than $15 Poshmark is making more than you are. Why can' t everyone else see this????
Mar 20 06:15AM
briacatalinaAll anybody is seeing is the new shipping rates, but in reality, this "exciting new update" is designed to scre us users over. Taking 2.95 for ALL sales under $15? So we make 5 cents for a $3 sale? Ridiculous. And don't market this a a way to cover expenses for shipping labels. The system was fine before, where if you NEEDED a five pound shipping label, you could purchase one. You guys are trying to sell this as a good thing, but its pretty clear Poshmark is just becoming another big-time company that doesn't care about it's sellers.
Mar 20 06:41AM
briacatalinaI HIGHLY suggest you all migrate to Vinted. There is 2.95 shipping, a feedback system, a trading platform, AND a much better market. They also have excellent customer service for their sellers. Much better selling app as a whole, and they actually care about their users.
Mar 20 06:43AM
bekiry@bhwardrobe thanks but you don't have to do math for me and im not going to increase my price just because poshmak is trying to screw over my items that are less than $15.
Mar 20 08:47AM
adoggy07@briacatalina - I agree with you on VINTED!! I have surprisingly sold much more on vinted - it's honestly because of the $2.95 shipping option for items that weigh less than 0.5 lbs and you do have to use your own packaging. The $2.95 shipping works great, esp when buyers only want one item, or a small item. It makes jewelry a lot easier to sell also! I hate to say it cause I started off on posh, but I now prefer vinted over posh.
Mar 20 09:02AM
katjo@sheelagoh Isn't it fabulous?! I bet you shelled out a small fortune in upgraded shipping labels. It's so nice to get that 5 lb allowance. Last week I paid $9 for an upgraded label😬this is really going to take that bite out!!!

pm_editor@jenniferraynor @girlabouttown @jooolsie @kskloset Thanks for taking the time to share your enthusiasm! Happy Poshing!
Mar 20 11:19AM
pm_editor@innabailey We understand why you feel this way. Note, however, we also lowered the buyer shipping rate to $4.99 on orders below $25. Previously it was $6.99. We expect the lower buyer shipping rate to attract more buyers and help you sell more items in your closet. We encourage you to allow some time to see the benefits of this change.
Mar 20 11:25AM
pm_editor@briacatalina We’re very sorry to hear this is how you feel. Our goal is to deliver a simple, consistent experience to buyers and sellers, regardless of the package weight or how far away from the seller they live.
Mar 20 11:26AM
pookiebeauI'm so tired of the same speech, "we made the changes to still be able to provide BLAH BLAH BLAH". I'm sorry but I can totally understand this from a business perspective and all I ask is that instead of giving us this well rehearsed speech I'd much rather hear the honest truth and I'd respect you all better for it. You all made this change to be able to please the majority with the amazing new shipping weight/prices(we all love and appreciate that finally changing) and we now have to suffer a loss to be able to make those changes happen. I get that, but call it like it is. There had to be a cut/loss from somewhere because as a business you all aren't going to take that loss. So now the people who mainly deal with $15 and under will be pushed out or forced to bundle their items to try and sell them or raise their prices. I keep hearing over and over people saying su's or "posh pets" as I've heard quite a bit don't get it and are blind and oblivious to all the changes you've made because they only deal with high end items and don't even have cheap items in their closets. Sorry but I'm a suggested user and have been and I'm definitely not a "posh pet" you all know I am not shy to voice my opinion to posh. But I do see many of my fellow su's looking over this major flaw and making it seem like we are whining and crying and not seeing the bigger picture. We see far beyond that...and for most of us it's looking a lot harder to sell and more importantly make a profit. I doubt people will suddenly be wanting to bundle like crazy if they haven't been already.
Mar 20 12:15PM
kimsthingsLove this!!! Thank you Poshmark!!!
Mar 20 06:59PM
amschellingWhy is it that if I sell a $5 item on eBay they can get by with taking $0.50, and if I sell it on Threadflip they'll take $1.00, but you have to take $2.95 to be able to run your business and provide "customer service," which you certainly don't do for most orders? Sounds like you need to increase the efficiency of your operations, not force us to pay for it.
Mar 20 08:02PM
jessicapaczI home out of all my listing I can't get a host pick ????

Mar 20 11:52PM
onedearfoolYeah, I'm not liking the $2.95 flat rate for $15 or less items. 😞 I have to delete all of my $15 and below items and just donate it to the women's shelter. No point on selling them.
Mar 21 04:37AM
leighlee624Sellers are not doing the math on this. If you raise your under $10 items by $2, you make a higher profit than with the old commission and buyers end up paying the same total as the old shipping. If you raise your $10-$15 items by $1, you make a higher profit and the buyer saves a dollar vs old shipping. It's a win-win. And I'm glad people can no longer do $0 trading that they weren't supposed to be doing in the first place. Now if only poshmark could crack down on the "inspired" items. I don't come here to buy knock offs.
Mar 21 01:42PM
gots2bbrittani@pm_editor hello I was wondering if posh was going to update the app so that when you get a comment or like you can get a notification on your phone? For example the iPhone. I think it would make it easier to get questions answered and respond to buyers faster:)

enigmaOk..really quickly..because this listing must be keeping you madbusy..more than any other change..I really love that someone is actually monitoring, listening and interacting on this page!! If there is one thing I would ever improve on PM it would be the interactions and/or the addition of moderators/communicators/etc. it always comes up in PM convos on here and in real life..and this is the first time I have actually seen someone really communicating back about concerns..and this is great! 💗 @noy2312 ✌💗👍
Mar 21 06:20PM
onedearfool@enigma so true! I was surprise to see a reply from pm. Still not very happy about one of the changes but thanks pm editor for replying. To know that what we say has been heard is a great feeling.👍
Mar 21 06:34PM
mandyydoll@pm_editor Thank you so so so very much for sharing my item! It was the highlight of my day. I really appreciate it :) smiles from ear to ear, such an honor!
Mar 21 06:36PM
marifun@pm_editor Great change!💕. For items under$15 maybe more people will bundle. Thanks for trying to help users.😉😘
Mar 21 06:42PM
glamupstyle@pm_editor I agree with several ladies above about the commission issue with items at $15 and under. How do we make money off of those items? Unless we bundle several to make it over $15... I do however love the new shipping price and weight.
Mar 21 07:29PM
efachaI love the new update! I'm not too sure about the under $15 commission rate but it evens out since shipping is now $4.99! I was super excited to hear that! Go Posh team and thank you for making this wonderful app for us!
Mar 21 10:33PM
brie309First off, many thx 😘😘😘 for your shares! They mean more to me than a host pick 😁😉😎 Secondly, THANK YOU for adding new parties like GAP & BANANA REPUBLIC! Those are staples in my closet, literally and electronically. 😍 I agree with the other Posher about the flat $3 commission rate on lower $ items, BUT realistically it's rare to sell ONLY one low cost item. The new $5 shipping and higher weight is just awesome. As per future changes, any chance you can delete users after a year of no use or fix the search engine to show the items in order of last online? It makes it fairer for those of us that are on here 24/7 despite a real job 😁😎👍 ? You keep improving the search aspect but not that 😤 part. Thx Posh!
Mar 22 06:36AM
nugget_love👏👏👏what a great change!!! A flat $4.99 shipping for up to 5lbs??? That is an AMAZING price! Would be soooooo much more to just mail through the post office. And a great incentive to purchase those lower priced items. Thanks Poshmark!!!!😘😘💋💋💋

gallegosa1I bought something and never received it so I cancelled it. I bought it with a pre paid gift card the email I received said it would be credited back to my card it's been a few days and still no credit is it because it was a pre paid card? I really want that money back so I can buy something else off posh. What should I do?
Mar 26 03:27PM
jessicapaczI keep getting compliments that I should receive a host pick and I never do. How do I get a host pick... And also is the limit on referrals 10 because I referred alot of people by them using g my invitation code and I didn't receive all of them. Don't no their screen name because I just gave out my invitation code through people I met so do I not get anymore posh credits? I think as long as we are referring people to poshmark we should get posh credits. It definitely helps poshmark out with the referrals. So how do we fix this??
Mar 27 12:12AM
jessicapaczWhat does it exactly mean to be a 10% seller
Mar 27 12:13AM
sfconwayHow come I can't see all of someones followers? And how does poshmark decide which one's I see? Thank you! btw I agree with @jessicapacz, it would be nice to get $5 for EVERYONE we refer not just the first 10 :)
Mar 27 05:00PM
mommalaughing@pm_editor ok, so I'm a title late on this, hehe, but I was on vacation and am only just reading ALL of these changes now. tHRILLED!! It had gotten where pretty much all of my shipments were over 2 pounds! I was paying up to $10 extra in shipping fees on a regular basis. So, of course I'm thrilled about that. But, not just that! All the stats and info about my closet? Awesome! I'd be curious how frequently I'd shared others' items, not just my own. And, how frequently someone shared mine. But, that's all just icing on the cake. And still, you went the extra mile. So excited about all the new filters. I mean, I was wishing I could at least narrow someone's closet to my size, but to have ALL these filters and be able to simultaneously use them? AWESOME! Y'all have gotten me pumped up all over again about POSH. And, it's much easier and more fun to shop! 😘😘😘😘😘👍👍👍👍👏👏👏

mlcm2014WHOA!!!! I went to mail a sale at two different post offices and they wanted to charge me $1.30 for a receipt!!!! I know the world doesnt revolve around Poshmark but I took it personally. I know the post offices are losing money but they should kiss Poshmark's FEET for all the business we give them instead of trying to squeze more $ out of us. This is ridiculous!
Apr 02 07:52PM
mlcm2014Shouldn't the more recent posts go to the top?
Apr 02 07:55PM
rosemaryatlAlright, I'm quite happy with the new PoshPost label - that and the 'not for sale' tool have made bundling a lot easier. Still, lower shipping would help even more! I'm concerned that the new commission will hurt a lot of smaller sales, though. I've been interested in a number of single items in the $8-15 range but not purchased because shipping just made getting that one item twice or half again as expensive. On the selling side it's going to hurt worse now because of the new commissions and I suspect many of us are raising prices. The minimum $3 price seems quite reasonable, and pairing that with simple percentage commissions and low shipping would probably keep things moving better.
Apr 03 04:41AM
csjl457Poshmark is a business who has a goal of making money... I assume ; ) The new $4.99 shipping rate is great for buyers AND sellers who sell items OVER $15, however, to my understanding sellers of items under $15 are going to lose money. A seller who bought an item at a price to be sold at less that $15, plus what they have to pay Poshmark in commission, will most likely equate to coming even if it isn't a loss of some sort. This will result in one of two things: A. people who sell lower cost items will leave and sell elsewhere, or B. sellers will up their prices to get above the $15 mark so they aren't docked with a $2.95 commission from Poshmark... In which case buyers may look elsewhere for cheaper items because: Shoppers almost always look on eBay, or some similar site, for the same item they want for the best price before buying. Everyone wants to make sure they are getting the best deal! With my understanding of the $2.95 commission policy, and if it stays the same, Poshmark could ultimately become a luxury or higher end shoppers selling/buying site. People who sell lower cost items will not stay to sell their items here when they don't make a profit if they can't be fortunate enough to bundle. Perhaps this is the goal of Poshmark? To push it towards higher end marketing and audiences? After all, businesses are trying to make money... Us and them. I am really only a buyer and have had nothing awesome experiences so far so the new policies are all pretty much to my advantage... Unless of course I want to purchase a low cost item (which will probably no longer be sold here because it's just not financially practical anymore). I do, however, understand the frustration of members who don't sell expensive items. Maybe I am understanding the policy incorrectly though. Love the flat rate $4.99 and 5 lb. policy, and was so excited when I found this site, but the amount of commission being taken from sellers with items under $15 seems a bit unfair, or at the very least insensitive. So we can all buy more expensive items here, and try to bundle low cost items, but I feel some sellers will end up going elsewhere to sell lower cost items that would result in a loss/no gain to sell on Poshmark. I love Poshmark, but was a bit disappointed in their policy that would affect sellers of lower cost items. I definitely don't have the solution, but I hope Poshmark comes to a better one. I think it's obvious they do care about their members... maybe this idea just needs a little more thought : )
Apr 05 11:17AM
mrsdiva703How does one get an "Editor Pick" I have revamped my closet, and added alot of new, trendy listings. Thank you!
Apr 07 02:32PM
moonbunnytooTHANK YOU!! As a seller I love the new PoshPost! I didn't feel it was completely fair to pass the extra shipping cost along to potential customers, so I ate the additional shipping costs of boots, large bundles, and handbags. And as a buyer, it helps keeps costs low for me, as sellers often have to adjust their prices higher to ship heavier items (like the fabulous Zara jacket I just received on Saturday!) I understand the frustration of sellers who have closets full of lower priced items, but I used this as an opportunity to create deals - offering $10 items at 3 for $25 or $5 items 3 for $15, and I have sold several 3 for $25 bundles! This is a move in the right direction - thank you again!!
Apr 07 04:54PM
bamagirl017I am just curious as to why someone who is extremely active, has great cover shots, follows all the rules, has over 11500 followers and is following 49000 others, is a top 10% seller, has sold over 40 items and has around 200 items for sale, over 20 host picks and shares closets daily, has been with PM almost a year and has sent 3 emails to poshmark compares to someone who only has 46 items for sale, has sold only 4, doesn't follow many and doesn't have many followers and cover shots are not very good? I am referencing these two different closets because the first one seems to me should be asked to co-host way before the second closet referred. It becomes very frustrating to the ones who are doing well and doing everything right to see someone who is new, with few sales and not so good covershots to be asked to co-host. Why does this happen so often?
Apr 08 10:10PM
xobowtiquexo@bamagirl017 I absolutely agree!! && that's being said considering that I am most definitely not in the "first closet" stage. I had a co host shoot down the idea of an item of mine becoming HP (per another Posher recommendation) because I am selling a nail polish in my closet. I have seen TONS of closets become "suggested users" have TONS of HP items and they DO NOT follow PM rules. They do paypal and sell items they are not suppose to. I do not understand how any of this is decided. I think there are people far more deserving of certain titles. Again, I am not talking about me.
Apr 12 01:35PM
bamagirl017@xobowtiquexo I am glad to see that you agree. There are MANY people who feel EXACTLY the way I do. I couldn't just sit there and say nothing. I hope that my comments get addressed but so far nothing. I am not trying to cause trouble. I am just speaking the truth that tons of other's don't want to do. It is NOT fair that they overlook people who have been here for almost a year. I started out selling things that I was not suppose to because I didn't know any better. I saw lots of other people selling all kinds of stuff. Once I read all the rules I did what PM asked but some how I have been overlooked and It upsets me because I spend hours here. And I mean HOURS. Thanks again for showing that you understand where I am coming from!!💖💖
Apr 12 02:24PM
xobowtiquexo@bamagirl017 I really hope this is addressed. I actually started out on the opposite end! lol. I started out following all rules and I soon realize that MANY people did not follow the rules and were being rewarded. So I honestly thought that maybe the "rules" were there, but it wasn't really a big deal if you did not follow them. Then I get an email from poshmark that I need to remove things from my closet or they are going to close my closet. I WAS SHOCKED. I barely had about 800 followers and I was selling the exact same things as someone with 10k plus followers. I as well spent HOURS on poshmark because i really enjoy the community and there are so many AWESOME girls here. BUT I certainly do not agree with how they pick and choose things. They really should go through some of these girl's closets to view what is really going on. Especially the girls who leave the rudest comments.

suzyqueHumm I guess I didn't know there was a PM Editor I've always sent my comments through support! Anyway I love the shipping charge and weight changes👏! I see it all as a positive. I do sell a lot of things that are under $15 but I push the bundle prices and it works out great for me and the buyer. On another note I'm a suggested user (thanks so much!😘) since September but what I would really like is to co-host✔️. Just sayin! Check my closet, sales, feedback from sales etc. I think I'm a worthy host! Thanks for everything Love, love Posh! Oh yea I've already have tons of likes set aside for the day i get the co-host job!
Apr 18 07:09PM
jbear@pm_editor "You will never please EVERYONE" but I think you guys are doing a damn good job! Thanks to @manish & his team we have a niche marketplace to sell our items that would usually just go to goodwill for nothing more then a tax refund. I'm excited for change, I love it, and look forward to what's to come! In not saying that this commission scale is "PERFECT" - but as someone who trains and provided daily support to over 200+ employees in an industry that earns a living off of commission, I understand how hard we work to constantly brainstorm new pay scale and commission plans that will benefit our company. Not to mention the backlash, both good and bad that comes while trying to implement and properly execute it into our daily operations - it's going to take time, trial, and error(AKA when you grow fast you learn fast) .. I also want to mention the constant updates you provide us, the users. I personally appreciate that the interface has stayed familiar and user friendly, while being able to enjoy the added benefits and features requested by THE USERS! I love reading comments, that's what I do most of the time and I'm very pleased to say that Poshmark listens to their users. Regardless of the time it takes and the "lack" of patience we posses in a technology filled world, the updates actually come quicker then I expected for a company that is only a few years old and started out of a garage. That is a BIG compliment - and I'm a huge supporter of Posh ;) Now... If only I thought of the idea first☺️ BUT that's the genius of it all - @manish allows us to be apart of THIS company AND make profit off of it. And, might I add: as much as (and I'm not speaking for Manish) people rightly/wrongfully complain, make update requests, voice their opinion, I have come to recognize that the PM team IS right there with us testing and using the app day to day and listening to their users. So again, thank you for that and of course thank you to the AMAZING users that keep this app going. Xox🐻

Apr 25 02:40PM
whiteclover@pm_editor is there a better way to filter/search for items to show most currently updated closets first ?? When I'm trying to find other new poshers I am not currently following I filter brands I like. Most of the time it pulls up closets that haven't been active for 2-6 months out.
Apr 28 07:34PM
erikameHi, I'm not sure if anyone has noticed that if you go in to the evening parties once they have ended, items from the same few people show up. If you open the previous nights' parties and go down the list of past parties, you will notice that the same people's listings are the only ones that show up. Can you let me know if this is something you're already looking into or if no one has noticed. Thanks

amiekfreeland@randie21 @danipage @pm_editor I've been reading the comments. I THOUGHT Poshmark is about selling, yes. BUT really about fashion. And personally I'm not looking to purchase $5 & $3 crap clothes or junk. I think if people want those prices to shop-try theDollar Store. I don't sell crap myself, & do not want but it. I think most women on Posh don't either. I think if seller had to raise their price some, it's really not a problem if it's good quality clothing. $ this is only my opinion😊
May 19 11:55AM
danipage@amiekfreeland excuse me but are you insinuating that I sell crap clothing or like to purchase crap clothing???? You'd better check yourself before commenting like that ....quite frankly if I want to buy expensive clothing I'll just buy it new ...I can do that ...if I want to have fun and get used quality clothing I'll pay "used" prices not outrageous ones like I said for that I'll buy new thank you very much.

amiekfreeland@danipage Did I directly tell you I think u sell crap clothing? No I did not. I have never even seen your closet. However, if clothing is only $3-$5 it must not be of very good quality. That us what I sAid. & check myself? Really? We aren't teenagers here, are we?? Like I said it was only MY opinion. Yeh the nerve of me to actually have one & not be afraid to say it! lol!
May 19 12:30PM
danipage@amiekfreeland furthermore this posting is old as balls and since then Poshmark contacted me and we had a conference call regarding the situation (yea I'm that special that they reached out to me) and has since been rectified ...they're a cool bunch of people that work there. So before you spout off your opinion read how old the post is...or quit joining the party so late yuh think??
May 19 12:30PM
amiekfreelandThis isn't a garage sale online @danipage If you haven't noticed, many closets sell brand new, or close to it. If u want a garage sale price, then u get what you pay for I guess.
May 19 12:33PM
danipage@amiekfreeland then why just address two people with "your opinion" ....don't address people specifically with your opinion if they didn't ask for it to begin with because 9 out of 10 chances they don't give 2 💩.
May 19 12:33PM
amiekfreelandThe post is still up, isn't it? Does it matter how long ago? @I am just reading it, so it's new to me. @danipage I'm entitled to my opinion, & to comment here just as u did. And I addressed the two if you because my opinion was on your comment. And I'll address whomever I please. You don't have to like it, it doesn't make a diff to me. If you don't care so much as you put with your stupid picture, then calm down, get over it. It's my thoughts u can't change it, it's done.
May 19 12:42PM
danipage@amiekfreeland what stupid picture?? You're truly an ugly human being and you can really just go fcuk yourself oh and I can really say that because it's my "opinion" and it's done . Enough said
May 19 12:57PM
amiekfreeland@danipage LOL you're quite funny. You don't know even know me you silly girl!
May 19 12:59PM
randie21@danipage Wow!!! This is too much drama for me. Apparently people like my so called "junk" and "garage sale" items (such as Coach, Ella Moss, 7FAM, BCBG, Victoria's Secret, etc.), I've sold over 200 items and I've made a lot of money doing so. I'm staying out of this. It's old news anyway. I think we've all moved past it and are doing just fine.
May 19 06:03PM
danipage@randie21 my thoughts exactly but I couldn't get it through her head she was too busy calling my picture stupid ...lol glad to hear you're doing well enjoy your week 😊
May 19 06:22PM
randie21@danipage Haha!!! Silly girl! Hope you are doing well too!
May 19 06:24PM
danipage@randie21 👍
May 19 06:35PM
amiekfreelandYou know, @danipage If you would actually & clearly re read what I wrote when I said "your stupid picture" I was referring to the little pic of poo u posted when you told me no one what-gives a crap about my opinion?! Yeh-thats the stupid pic u meant. I'm not the ugly human being here. I didn't use profanity towards you. I simply made an observation on all the comments & felt like sharing my thoughts on it. You don't link them, that's ok. You are def entitled to that. Just as I am entitled to have my opinion & comment here, on whAt is a public post. No matter when it was posted. There was no need to act like a trashy little-whatever u are, behave so immaturely as u have, & tell me I'm an ugly human being, simply because I said something u don't agree with. I'm a very nice, caring, giving, extremely compassionate person FYI. Nor everyone in this world us going to agree w/you. Doesn't man there's something wring w/them. However, there's something wrong w/u if u can't learn to agree to disagree.

bamagirl017@pm_editor @manish Hi! My name is Kristi. I am disabled and was searching a year ago around this exact same time for something fun to do. I will be here 1 year on May 25th which just happens to be my birthday. I have been wanting to co-host a party for a while now. I was last told that I am on the waiting list. I have a beautiful closet. I have worked very hard to get it looking this way. Since I have been an active Posher and I feel that I am well known by many ladies who have co-hosted already and/or become suggested users. I would be honored if PM would give me a chance to co-host on my Birthday in just 3 more days. Also, will you please consider me as a suggested ruler! I promise to always honor PM rules! Thank you for your consideration. I hope to hear back very soon. 💟 Here are some of my PM friends that are suggested users. They can vouch for me! 💞@elisehunter @valorieann @ej135 💞 This is just a few of them. I am looking forward to your response! Thanks again!!!!
May 23 12:56AM
elisehunter@manish @bamagirl017 I absolutely would stand out on a limb for Kristie's character!! She's a great seller, has an awesome closet and is acting like a Suggested User already. @bamagirl017 is a wonderful Posher. And I'd highly recommend her to co host a party. I know of a co host this week who had a family emergency, so there's a spot to fill. @katef @maria @fashionableeme Please consider Kristie for a co host and a Suggested User. She follows all Posh Guidelines and helps others regularly. ❤️
May 23 06:04AM
bamagirl017@elisehunter 💋💋💋❤️
May 23 12:11PM
elisehunter@manish I'd like to comment here regarding the lack of response by anyone from PMHQ. Some of the posts here after the last comment by a Posh employee, are nasty and harassing. If people are allowed to comment here, in that way, without repercussions (I'm assuming), then where can a person go to comment and not be harassed? I'm concerned that Poshmark is "growing so fast that the wheels are about to fall off" (such a high class problem!!). 😃 I'd very much love to have a conversation about some things that are happening within the community. I love Poshmark, deeply, and would like to help out a little with your original mission. ❤️ Tysm for the consideration.
May 23 01:16PM
ej135@manish My feelings & opinions may not amount to much but I just have to take a stand & recommend bamagirl017 my dear friend & soul posh sister Kristi. She has a heart of gold always sharing & caring working tirelessly to help assist reach out to others always putting others closets ahead of her own. She is the definition of a Suggested User & would be a spectacular co-host for a party. Her closet is stunning she is a true Posh Lady strictly adhering to all Guidelines & Policies. Her birthday is May 25th & what a great birthday gift go her. Please dear Mannish please please pretty pretty please give these honors to our dear Posh Sister. Thank you for your time & consideration 😍
May 23 06:22PM
jsheahay@pm_editor I never got a response. How do you get a pm share? Also how do you get notified if you get one?
May 24 12:38PM
jaismeen@pm_editor Hi there! I would like you to consider a fellow Posher @saundie to be a part of your elite Suggested User program. Please allow me to bolster this request with a couple of factors that defines a SU: First, she has a diverse closet with unique pieces that belong to different corners of a girl's closet! Second, All the items are good quality and the prices are totally worth to pay for (I can bet on that as I made a purchase from her and It couldnt have gone better). Third, ships extremely fast! Fourth, her packages are packed not only beautifully but in such a professional way! Her packaging is personalised and is much better than Victoria Secret's pacakaging (I mean that). Even the ribbon used to beautify the package shows Posh love! Please consider her as a SU! Thank you!
May 26 10:33PM
craftcrazeHi, really great idea for this listing!!! 💞 I have a super important question; I'm on vacation for 2 months and my item was just purchased yesterdey. I posted a listing (ahead! 3 weeks ago about shipping only twice a month till I get back in august!) in my closet that indicates I will be away for a longer period of time! I would like to keep my name as a good and fast shipper that I builded up already! 😍 I contacted the buyer also ....! What else i can do to be loyal and trustworthy??? Thank you so much!
Jul 01 04:59PM
jennmedrano17@pm_editor who or where should we suggest a party idea to?? I've only been on here a few months but I have to see any plus size parties. I think there are enough plus size women on here that it would be a success and it would help us to network :)
Jul 05 02:40PM
cdangergroveI was wondering where the feature went that let you look at more than one brand at a time when searching products?
Jul 05 05:20PM
xfashionx@pm_editor how can we be the part hostess or recommend user?
Jul 08 12:33PM
randikandi@pm_editor I was wondering if u can post diaper bags & timberland boot cleaner
Jul 09 05:35PM
monadlrmYay!!! Great news!!
Jul 10 04:22PM
chlochlomomoHi, I am new to Poshmark and was just wondering about the shipping labels, do I hav to print them on sticker paper or will it be okay as paper? @pm_editor
Jul 10 05:03PM
karisreneeHi! I got a notification for $2.99 shipping for one hour. But it is not automatically applied to every order? Is that only available for certain items?? The 1st item I got the note on was an $18 necklace (where the $2.99 shipping shows up in order confirmation page), but there's another item I want in a different closet for $20, and it's not giving me the $2.99 discount for this hour. I got the note 4min ago, I dont want to miss it on this item I really need! ✨✨✨✨ any ideas?
Jul 13 01:14PM
wongsharI have an idea for a theme for a posh party! It's usually the same parties I'm realizing, but this would be a nice change! Who do I speak to?
Jul 15 08:27PM
jesssica3@pm_editor What do you do if you are the host of a party?
Jul 17 02:57PM
classycooperI tried listing something for $2 and it said my earnings would be $0?!?! What the heck is up with that
Jul 20 02:52PM
kpedwards3How do I know when someone wants to buy my stuff? (Sorry I'm brand new to this)
Jul 27 08:44PM
jodi4him4@pm_editor why did u chg the filter request code??? It used to be...such as when I would type in Victoria's Secret, it would pull up EVERYTHING VICTORIAS SECRET that was being sold! Even if I put in makeup, anything makeup would be presented! Now if u tap it in the filter, it changes ur personal wants instead if ur just looking for a specific type of item. Also, when I type in Victoria's Secret now.....it comes up as "nothing available"! Now we all know there r probably tens of thousands of VS items available....right??!? I've tried several different names, and unfortunately, they came up the same! I'm frustrated..."if it 'ain't broke....don't fix it!" Is a comment I remember hearing while growing up, so why has this changed? Is it possible to recreate it to come back the way it was? Or is it lost & gone forever..... like most of the items I LOVE and return later to purchase.....only to find someone had purchased it out from underneath me?!? Hahaha! That last half of the last statement was shared to bring a laugh, but so true sometimes! Lol. Thank you for taking the time to listen to my rant, and I hope to hear back from you soon. I thank you for all you do to provide a positive shopping/selling experience for Poshmarkers all over the world!
Jul 28 04:38PM
rockyourstyle@pm_editor Why does every time when there's a party going on, the party doesn't start at the right time? For example, a party starts at 12:00 pm. But then, it doesn't start and it's past 12:00 pm. Why?
Aug 06 09:41AM
schandler@pm_editor , hi there! I'm having some difficulties with a return on 2 items purchased from the same seller. She didn't know how to bundle items so I purchased 2 separate purchases. She sent them in 1 package. It was no big deal until the items were received and were not what she said they were. I am trying to return these but having difficulty because of the way it was sent. I really need a phone number to actually talk to a support person. 1 of the items has been approved to send back but not the other. I have sent pictures 3 times and it's just getting too weird. Please give me the phone number to a real person in support I can talk to please! thank you. I have recommended this site to at least 4 other people but don't like that when a problem is not normal I can't speak to someone.
Aug 06 07:54PM
hannahdhI love the new shipping ratings, and feedback option! I have one other suggestion, how about a maternity category for us pregnant fashionistas out there? :)
Aug 11 06:44AM
lauren_briggsHey there! I was just wondering how someone is chosen to be a party host?
Aug 12 08:02PM
rlwiestHow do some items get "$2.99 shipping for the next hour"? I've seen this a few times now, but don't understand how it works. I even had a buyer ask me if her items will ship for $2.99. Is this an option for certain sales?
Aug 14 06:44PM
mrachelleGlad to here hopefully this help me on more sales!!!
Aug 16 04:06AM
bellasbeautiesHi, I'm Bella @uzanne.. Pertaining to tonight's party, as I start looking threw host picks and go to (fashionspider) 's closet I see she has a couple of unsupported items. So I go to see who the host is that chose her item as a pick. This is just something that really bothers me.thats why I'm bringing it to you attention.. So the co-host that picked her item was (barnezv). I mean she's a suggested user as well. I just don't think it's right. I strive to follow the rules ... Hope to become a suggested user sometime... Sorry yo bother you.. Bella
Aug 16 08:24PM
sassysuzzyAs always, I'm a late bloomer techno wise. So great with all the new updates you guys are doing!! Yay POSHMARK TEAM!!!
Aug 17 02:32PM
tebonnerI just read a crazy amount of these comments, and agree with most of the complaints. I am also very dissappinted with @pm_editor generic response to every complaint. Not to mention, this change occurred about 5 months not, and the $2.95 posh commission on items under $5 hasn't changed. Saying you are going to forward the complaints are not going to do anything unless the site actually changes the policy. I agree that the new way of doing things is good for only the buyer, not the seller. I have not spend months on this app to be barely making any money. If posh's motivation is making more money, they lower priced closets are going to continue to close, ultimately losing posh money. I would like to know when things will change in favor of the sellers. It has been mentioned, there are several other apps/websites to be selling our things which we would make more money off of. Please don't respond with your typical response about lowering shipping costs for some items, etc. Thanks.
Aug 20 05:27PM
love4luxe@rlwiest when a seller lowers the price for a hour afterward the buyer seems to have the potential to save $2 on shipping making the total shipping cost $2.99 hope this helps!
Aug 23 11:42PM
love4luxeHi I love posh and I certainly didn't comment to complain just a suggestion. I sell authentic higher end items like Christian Louboutins and I would love to be able to show a short clip on the shoes to prove condition and authenticity easier. As a buyer I would love to feel like I would really know what to expect. Thank you for making a amazing fashion community!
Aug 23 11:45PM
rlwiest@lee72880 I actually contacted PM thru email and they responded telling me it is based on a "complex algorithm" that uses "multiple variables". So what I gathered from that is there is no rhyme or reason, and not every reduction in price gets the promotion. It's like playing a slot machine from what I understand.
Aug 24 04:11AM
love4luxe@rlwiest thanks for clarifying "the complex algorithm" ! Haha I'll just leave that to posh and try to take advantage of the savings when the opportunity arises. I wish that they let us add short video clips to our listings!
Aug 24 11:58AM
linsleppoHi! What happened to my rad FP parties on Saturday mornings? 😩😩😩
Aug 30 03:01PM
girlyfajasHi, question. I just try to learn and do the correct. On a posh party how many times can I post or re-list my items
Sep 01 02:17PM
tkay73How are party themes and times decided? The reason I'm asking is that the only time there is an Anthropologie party is Wednesday mornings, I work at that time and can't attend but have a closet full of Anthropologie. Also how does one get a host pick? Any input greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Sep 02 08:28PM

Sep 25 08:09PM
tippiejaxI just want to know: who you are, who invested in your company, why this site is a combination of a popularity contest of the same girls hosting, sharing each other's items as host picks?? Why we are being asked to lower our prices "clear out closet week!" When you have not cleared nor cleaned up your site, why your search results are so poor (who decides what shows up in a specific search feed? Because it sure isn't what I typed in to look for.) And what Posh is going to do when the gov steps in (like they did with fee-bay) and threatens to shut you down for all the fakes & replicas on your site?? Also, when you are planning on adding other categories such as lingerie/sleep wear, shorts, blouses, tees (as opposed to just "tops") and most importantly WHEN you actually plan on taking ACTION on reported closets, users, and items??!! I am NOT THE ONLY one who is extremely frustrated with that!! I report items and users that break EVERY RULE in the book--report them repeatedly and all I ever get is some robot response from one of your staff saying over and over "we are working around the clock to resolve this. It is a delicate matter blah, blah, blah". Really? Selling a car or having a closet full of replicas and fakes is a delicate matter for WHOM?? They, and you are breaking the law!! Wake up and start running a business! A real one--before you lose all of your good, rule following, quality item selling members! And stop with the sorority type environment already. I know I speak for 1000s of users. @altaloma
Oct 03 05:59PM
altaloma@pm_editor I am surprised that the only way for us to communicate with someone at Posh is through e-mail. I am amazed that you take 20% of my closet but when I have an issue or a problem nobody bothers to return the e-mails I write and if by chance you do it is the generic one that tells me you will answer me in 24 hours. I am extremely frustrated that I go out of my way to do your job, I report replicas, Non PM transactions accounts , items that are not allowed on Posh, never to receive a thank you or have my questions answered. It saddens me that you are a company that lets your own rules fall through the cracks. It is also upsetting that I sell a lot of items for you but I have never been awarded as party host or a suggested user, but i run into closets that have less sales than I and they have been rewarded that honor. It just goes to show that the closet seller and buyer that is awarded those honors has usually been inducted into your favorite society group.
Oct 03 06:24PM
tippiejax@altaloma @pm_editor bravo. I couldn't have said it better if I tried. It must be troublesome to start a company and then find the company is running YOU.
Oct 03 06:38PM
ginap7777Hi!! Do you know if they will ever have a Dolce & Gabbana party again????
Oct 07 12:30PM
71supergirlCan you give any information on why it might take so long to get a response from the poshmark customer service team? I sent an email on Sunday and haven't heard back in the 24 hours that I was told I would. Now, I've sent another email, and still no word. I enjoy finding good deals here, but haven't started listing my own items to sell yet. I'm wondering if there is ANY customer service if I were to have future concerns or questions, and am wondering if it would be worth it to even list, given lack of response and the flat rate that would eat into my sales of lower-priced items.
Oct 07 08:15PM
mizzyunike@pm_editor hi! I love poshing. Been doing it for about a year now. I follow all the rules and wish to be a suggested user to get more followers and sales, any suggestions? Besides writing to posh because I have done that. Thanks :)

Oct 15 05:36PM
lilymb10@pm_editor Hi, Over the summer I try to sell a Fossil bag. One especially interested buyer realized it's too large for her. I saw smaller beautiful fossil bag on somebody else's site while I was browsing, so I wrote a comment to the other posher saying that one might suit her better. I thought I was helping both Poshers, then this morning I received what felt like a hostile note from the other seller if a Fossil bag telling me I broke posh rules & that I am rude. I wanted to apologize & learned I've been blocked. What are the rules about sharing this way? Thanks for your response. Confused & dejected seller...
Oct 17 10:39AM
btuflyIs PoshMark have postage issues?
Oct 30 10:57AM
vjestica@pm_editor I saw multiple items from different sellers with raised original prices. They're trying to get what they originally paid for the items or even more. I was wondering what is your opinion on this? Honestly I am outraged! I taught this app/site had honesty behind it. If I have to research every item individually before I make an offer or decide to buy it that takes a lot of time and effort on my part and I'm sure other honest poshers feel the same. Isn't there a way to report such listing or user?
Nov 08 12:09PM
juliecruz777@pm_editor hi, a posher that bought an item from me claimed the item was damaged. Posh granted the return. I just received the item back. She purposely tore off a button and even wrote me a note on a post it telling me in which pocket she put the button she tore off. I looked at the pictures from my listings and all three buttons were attached to the blazer. This posher ripped the button off because it didn't fit her! Can something be done??this is very unfair and she unfairly got a return when she outwardly told me on a post it she ripped the button off herself
Nov 14 04:17PM
xfashionxI been waiting since Thursday Nov. 13th 2014 to get a response on my email to Posh. I haven't heard back. This is what happened not sure what or how this can be solved: I accidentally send out a wrong order with someone else's label on a box, I was in rush to catch the post office before closing & made a big mistake. My other customer is waiting for her order that I mistaking send it to the wrong person. She has already got the order, I don't want Posh to release payment because I shipped the wrong order. Iam panicking!!!! No body has answered me from Posh, can you please help? If not please let me know so I can try another solution. Thank you
Nov 15 12:26AM
shirleyc24How do I shop host picks or see host pics? I always see people congratulating others on their host pic and would like to know how they see that..thanks!
Nov 20 10:35AM
dent0818@pm_editor how does one become a co-host for a party? I'd love to be one some day. I am dedicated to Poshmark. I follow all the rules. I even try to help report those who aren't. My closet is neat and clean and fashionable. Just curious. I'm Posh-obsessed. I love the community! Thank you. ❤️🎉👍🎁👏🐒

Jan 01 12:18PM
rabia213@pm_editor hi..I really want to become a suggested seller! I sold slightly used perfume on here once months back because I didn't know the rules on that. Is there anyway to remove that listing so I can qualify for a suggested seller please? 😁😁
Jan 16 01:39PM
fafleneLike to know why I had to pay $6.64 postage on a delivery package before I could receive it!
Jan 20 04:08PM
naynaysplaypenI have a question. Is it considered rude if I do not follow people back if they do not share items? I dont want to come off as rude if they follow me and I dont follow back. But that means they wont share back if I share, so I dont see much of a point. What do you think?
Jan 21 01:33PM
kennedyc@pm_editor hi! You just can't please everyone! I truly love shopping on Posh and have managed to accumulate quite a few high-end items that I would not be able to purchase new. Whenever a change is presented, there's many people who either don't understand it or like it. I've been shopping here for 2 years and I've never had a problem with customer service or getting a shipping label. There's negative people on every shopping site and apparently nothing makes them happy.
Jan 24 11:04AM
abigailswimHi! Can some please tell me how I might become a suggested user? Are there criteria that needs met? Guidelines? Thanks in advance for all replies.
Jan 29 06:33PM
okcfirewifeHi there😊thank you for having a place to ask questions!! I'm fairly new on here and I seem to either be confused about the shipping or my post office is!!! Either way I have to get this cleared up.. Ok so I've received many boxes of items I've purchased and must have arrived in a usps box, but the past 2 times I've gone to shop I've been told I COULD NOT use the free flat rate boxes or Id be charged accordingly!!?? The postmaster told me to use a shoebox or something I have here at home?? If I am wrong please tell me which boxes I should be able to use from the post office for no extra charge?? Thank you kindly for clearing this up for me, I shouldn't be hassled Everytime I go to mail something. If I'm not wrong please advise as to what to tell the people I'm dealing with here in this small town! Thank you very much💞

etrading@dent0818 how do I get those cute hearts, lips etc?
Feb 16 08:00PM
vwinn47I'm with some of the posters on here this new deal of cutting down how much we get by selling a 5 dollar item and only making 5 cent on it is crap both for the seller and the buyer. I'm with randi 21 on this. Your site was informing, very much so.
