You may ask yourself, “Now, why would a buyer make a lowball offer? How could they be so rude?” (As you immediately block that person) OR you might want to check your listing to see if they left a comment/question that deserves attention. If you send an offer without answering those questions, YOU might be the one who comes across as rude. Maybe they also tried contacting you directly in your profile but you either don’t have one or you still don’t answer…. Maybe there is conflicting information in your listing. For example the title could say the item is BLACK and the description says WHITE. So, it is a legitimate question and not just a looked look wasting your time. Any question posted in the comments helps the next shoppers to understand your listing better Almost any publicity is good publicity. Maybe the buyer says, “ I really want that item and would gladly pay the full price but I just need my question answered.” After several attempts, they think maybe if they made a lowball offer, it would get your attention. You, however, get offended and BLOCK them and thereby lose the sale and, perhaps, continued customer because if they liked one of your items maybe they would like others. They might also be the type of person to share your closet generously -that is- until you block them. Before blocking, did you check their love notes section? Or did you just jump to the wrong conclusion? Maybe next time ask yourself why….
