Be careful when using the AI feature. It sometimes puts misleading, conflicting, or even false information in your listing. That has happened to me as a seller. Now I remind myself to use my human brain to keep AI in check. Also, know that if a potential buyer has asked you a question that you have not answered and the AI goes ahead and engages in the offering process, it could come across as you are not interested in your customer base. Personally, if a seller doesn’t answer my question or repeated questions, I will not buy the item because I am not going to take a chance no matter how much I like an item. Bottom line is I don’t buy from people who don’t answer my questions. Happy poshing!
