Im sure u wil love ur 3D Mascara. Best to alwsys twist the sml fiber brush as u open it to release any loose fibers leaving them in the tube . Its a 3 step process. Gel, fibers, then Gel to seal the fibers. U can repeat the steps until you achieve your desired look. LMK if u have any ?'s on application.
