Southwest-style silver pendant with stones

This Sterling silver, artist-made pendant features three stones. The two small red stones are carnelian and the large green stone is unknown--I can't rule out turquoise. Well made and in very good pre-owned condition. No chain included; a cord would be good match. Marked .925. About 1.3 inches length and width.
