Gold, silver and amethyst earrings

+ The items in this virtual closet are from the actual closet of my mother-in-law (MIL), a seasoned fashionista. I'm helping her whittle down her amazing collection of handbags, shoes, jewelry and clothing over the coming months. + Unique artist-made earrings. combining gold and silver. Like a drop earring, with the dangle near the bottom (the amethyst part). I took these to a jeweler for some clues and was told they are sterling silver and gold--possibly plated gold. The earring length is just a bit over two inches.
