This 1940s' very stylish WWII era beautiful brown felt beret is held in a tilted position by a stunning intricately knotted cording strap at the back, plus adorned with long tassels attached to the top.Tilt hats were popular in the 1930s and 1940s. They were worn at an angle and held to the back of the head by a strap, rigid ring, elastic band beneath the hair, or a combination of these.
