I do not know if this is dress was made as a party dress or a costume, but it will be the most unique and elegant dress at your next formal party. Netting at the top, with a shimmery and gemmed corset bodice, fancy silver beading at the dropped waistline and three layers of full skirt. Skirt has bottom layer of satin, next layer of blue tulle and a top sheer layer of black with pliable base creating a hoop effect. The back of the dress has a zipper closure and a hook & eye at the top of the keyhole netting. Please check the measurements for yourself. Probably will fit around size 10. This is a great dress, even with the few flaws because it’s handmade. Love, love, love it!
