The wide waistband and bubble skirt is a textured black on black pattern that is really charming. Four pleats down the front and back add beauty to balloon skirt. Zippers up the side. Adjustable straps with the right strap having a glamorous bedazzled bow. Fully lined. Marked size 8, but runs a little small. May fit 6 best. Please check the measurements for yourself.
