👹 I am done with this platform. They broke my $2000 shoe and told the buyer how horrible the condition is, it looks nothing like how I sent them. I regret the thousands of dollars worth of sales made through this garbage platform and the 20% fed to them. I have 100% feedback on eBay, Etsy, even on here, it's the first time to have my reputation ruined by unprofessional workers. Deleting this trash like I should have a long time ago. Your expensive items are NOT IN GOOD HANDS!!!

idyspidy I'm sorry you had to go through such bad experiences with people! I've been on posh for almost a year now and I've been getting fed up for the same reasons this last month or two. Some girls come back at me being SO rude when they're paying 60-80% off retail price for used stuff. I keep my stuff in good condition but I think some people are expecting brand new condition.. I don't get it?? Sorry that turned out way longer than expected lol but I really felt your pain on this one! Anyways I love your stuff and taste, I especially adore you handbags! Just gotta ignore the rude cheap people like I do too :)

I can ignore them, but can't ignore the fact that a platform expect to make money by siding ridiculously with such buyers. Like they would make anything if no one decides to sell.

jillpeterson17 Amen! No seller protection. I am battling posh right now as they need to educate people regarding expectations on high end handbags, what normal wear and tear on an almost 5 year bag and so on. Makes the seller look like crap. I asked them to look at my comments and my pictures as I had a buyer tell me am item wasn't as described. I even reminded her there were ink spots inside and wear and tear (normal) for the age of the bag and she never asked for other pics after that and said "no worries." Just send it out. I am a 5 star seller and despite 10 emails at least to posh, they totally ignored what I was saying. People are buying things for 40-60% off an item and expect perfect! I work my you know what off to buy nice things. If people want perfect, I am with you. Save your money and go to the store! Where are you selling now? I am seriously thinking of just shutting my closet down.

Sell on eBay, higher traffic, seller protection and 13% fee tops, better in every way possible.

tokkisama @lbettor I've come to realize the cheaper you price something, the more it attracts low ballers and people looking to pay nothing for something nice. I've had a disgusting instance of selling a brand new a&f cardigan for $11 and having the buyer lie about 2 dots "too small to be seen by the naked eye" just to get $2 discount over an open claim. Then I realized I need to stop serving beggars. :( I now only sell items that would be appreciated by girls with better taste, in all perspective that is. So much less headache!

lbettor It is kind of crazy to deal with all this for so little money. Yeah I don't want all the low ballers but the items I have that high end items I have posted don't even get a like..haha.. I am kind of tired of this, which is why I declined to reduce a $10 item today to $8. It's hardly worth the time to package and mail something and hell half the time I get stuck with the extra shipping cost. I am just too nice sometimes. And now that I think about it some of them have way more money than I do..I'm a social worker for crying out load..thank you for the laughs..💕😀 We will chat again soon, I am considering the dress..so cute and I have a few events coming up😆

I've actually sold quite a handful of high end items through posh, but mainly to a handful of regular customers and I've developed good relationships with them. It's just sad that there are way more with low appreciation etc. I'll always welcome anyone who's sincere and reasonable :)

tokkisama @mssoniah I've had a $750 shoe canceled by posh after I shipped item bc of a credit card issue, had a $5000 Chanel purse bought by stolen credit card. And loubis almost bait switched by a buyer. Posh breaking my item is the last straw. I'd stick with eBay for used items, 13% fee combined, maximum $250 so if you sell a $5000 purse you pay $250 and not a ridiculous $1000 like on here. Or I just send buyers a ρρ inv, its 3% fee.

tokkisama @mssoniah not a problem, ρρ actually have the exact seller buyer protection as ebay given they are the same company. Just don't use friends and family, always send a inv. The 3% fee is worth a peace of mind.
