Deco inspired headband, 20s Flapper style, Peacock, blue, teal feathers on black

A fabulous trio of 5 to 6 inch tall peacock feathers are complimented on this Downton Abbey style headband by 9 inch tall teal feathers plus a shorter array of teal, purple and apple green feathers. Shiny aurora borealis rhinestones on the solid black headband add that Great Gatsby style touch. Versatile, it can be worn across your forehead in traditional flapper style or up on the crown of your head in contemporary style. Easy-to-wear fascinators or 1920's flapper inspired headbands are a perfect way to add pizzazz to any occasion. For this headband I used three peacock feathers with their purple, black, apple green, dark brown and blue tinged colors. I added layers of taller and shorter feathers plus the rhinestones. The entire effect certainly emphasize the Roaring 20's inspiration. Of course it can be worn as a classic headband or across your forehead Roaring 20's Deco style. Either way is easy, comfortable and chic. It is a simple statement-making accessory ready for you to slide on just like a headband. When you wear it on your forehead the end pieces fit nicely right above your ears. For the base I used a pre-made curved solid black headband. Then I added the feathers and rhinestones, plus a soft cushion to the underside to add to your comfort. You don't need to wait for a roaring 20's Flapper Gatsby style party to wear this. It would be a lovely accessory for going out to dinner worn with a simple Summer dress. Please ask any questions.
