I've been looking through so many closets today, looking potential HP's and seeing these items listed in a lot of closets. nami001 @lhaag721 Shared! I wish closets would read what's allowed and not allowed. Sometimes my newsfeed is filled with noncompliant items or replicas. I have to unfollow those closets. Once a seller reached out because her replica got pulled & she was upset because she said everyone was doing it. Told her it's against the law and not to repost it but she did anyway. Smh

I always report noncompliant items and I agree. We work so hard to be compliant but noncompliant closets just don't care. Ugh...did pm send you an email about the change?

I made this to make it crystal clear about what is and isn't allowed. I got it right from FAQ in the support center. You are more than happy to use it if you like! 👍😃💕

sheerglamour Geez so all those poshers whom had listed mens & kids items before were banned from here for no reason then, not fair to them, PM is implementing this 'new' rule of selling mens etc since there are more sellers than buyers here, plus we can't discriminate the men of trying to sell their stuff here as well. The 5.99 shipping has deterred a lot of buyers for sure, bring the $4 shipping back already, why make it worse something that was working before!

lynda721 @sparkleplus You may want to take down your listings of face creams, and any health & beauty aids. They are Prohibited Items per this most recent list from PMHQ. Your closet is Non-Compliant with these listings in your closet. I didn't go through your whole closet but, make sure if you have any makeup listed that they are completely brand new; not even swatched. Let me know if you have any questions.

lynda721 @marywkariuki I'm sorry but I cannot follow you because your closet is Non-Compliant. You have many makeup items that you have knowingly "Mistagged by Brand" (they are listed as MAC items and are not MAC). It is clearly communicated by PMHQ that listing items as other brands for exposure is Prohibited. See above.

lynda721 @pashunn6 You have a Non-Compliant closet. Not only do you have listings for prohibited items per the most recent listing from PMHQ (above) , but you have also taken transactions off of Poshmark.

lynda721 @rachelaristia I cannot follow you until you remove the listings for the DVDs and Baseball glove. They make your closet Non-Compliant. This is the most recent Prohibited Items listing directly from PMHQ. If you remove all of the listings that are not in compliance with Poshmark Policy, I will be happy to follow you.

lynda721 @random_j Your closet is completely Non-Compliant. This is the most recent list from PMHQ which lists all of the Prohibited Items. Most of which are in your closet. I hope you delete them before Poshmark takes your privileges away.

lynda721 @mxiao08 Your closet listings are comprised of used make-up. That is Prohibited by Poshmark HQ. They are Non-Compliant items even if you used one tiny drop or swatched once. This listing is the most recent Prohibited Item Listing from PMHQ. You are risking permanently losing your Poshmark access by listing used makeup. It is against the rules and completely unsanitary.

lynda721 @pampam1965 I'm so frustrated on how many non-compliant closets I have seen over the past couple of months! The most frequent violations I see are perfume, nail polishes, used makeup, body lotions/wash, etc. I have seen a lot of house wear as well. It seems like nothing is done when I report it. But if I send an email to Posh support, it is taken care of immediately.

lynda721 @pampam1965 I know. I have to put "No Lowballing" on every listing. I also had to make it clear on my "Follow Me" page, that I would not follow anyone that was Non-Compliant; recently almost every user that wants me to add them is non-compliant!! I sent Posh support a list of over 50+ closets that were really bad abusers.
