Approx Measurements:
Outseam: 11"
Waist (stretched to max, one-sided): 13.5", 14.5"
Hips: 17.5", 19.5"
IMO, these run a little small even with converted sizing. So, the 10 is more like a US 4/ S (instead of a typical 6) and the 8 is more like a US 2/XS (instead of a typical 4). This is based on measurements & my own trying on for fit & body type.
