adorable flouncy skirt in near perfect condition and super cute with a tank or can be dressed up. 100% cotton shell with polyester lining. easiest to put on over head (it’s a small waist). waist is taken in half an inch on each side to fit, but i can easily take those seams out and iron down! for reference! i’m 5’8” and usually a small or med, 33” bust, 27” waist, 38” hips
