susansupernova @karenaccount my authenticity statement covers the brands and designers that I sell. I do not sell fakes or counterfeits. All of my items have been purchased by me either directly from the designers or the retail stores/distributors. I describe all items to my best abilities-and as for the ring I am selling, I know it is genuine american turquoise set in sterling silver, but I cant put an exact mine name on it nor can I tell if it has been backed for stability or not. The ring is not made by a designer label, it was crafted by a long time jewelry designer who shows and works locally, over 10 years ago. I know the man personally-yet havent seen him recently. So as far as authenticity goes, if you need exact mine specifics and exact stone specifics-I cant give you those. If you want that, I would suggest going directly into a store and purchasing that way :-)

makeastatement2 Beautiful! Real turquoise is so awesome and a lot more rare than people think. Many seller list faux turquoise as real...I think they honestly don't know because it's what they were told. I try to be obvious and honest about any faux turquoise. FYI anyone reading: if the price is too low, it's likely not real turquoise. Ask the seller, most people are honest. Real turquoise is pricey- like this listing. Sooo pretty, thanks for sharing:)

Some genuine pieces can be purchased for good prices (just have to know what to look for and have some luck on your side!) Believe it or not, some of my most valuable pieces were purchased for very little $! Lucky days for me!

She would take me to Oregon when I was little (thinking Gresham area) JD Graham is etched onto all her pieces. She would pick the stone and he would design it anyway she wished. And on a very special day she said I could pick out some stones and get a necklace and bracelet made anyway I wanted. Boy was I in heaven! From a fellow posher (newbie) to you have a great Friday!

I'm aching to get my hands dirty and learn the art. I love poshmark but it's hard selling the bigger pieces that I have. Do you have that problem too? I know there are women on here who love the jewelry but I think you and I have a special connection with each piece, how it's made and the history of it all. I got a lot of crazy low ball offers so I took some of my pieces off. I'm sensitive when it comes to the things I love and know the value of.

But everything is gone form his first years 😢I spent hours in the store and on phone with Apple and cell provider techs..... There is nothing that can be done. landerites @susanleeyogi I was fumbling around at the dumpster one day (don't judge) and found this copper and Tibetan silver cuff with the word Ohm spelled out. On the inside of the cuff is a faint description and symbols which are pretty worn down. I'll post a picture so you can see.

susansupernova @landerites no judgements ever! Some of my best pieces are pawn shop finds, or eBay finds where the seller had horrible pictures. Would love to see what you found! That one cuff you like is a bi color Royston mine piece. I love the silver 3/d qualities and the stone glows. If I see another similar I'll let you know! Or if I go crazy and decide to sell it I'll tag you. It's a truly special piece. Circa 1940's or so.

Yes, I'll definitely take a picture. I'm not sure it's worth anything but I still really enjoy it. We bought Our two year old daughter an old copper Native American bracelet with turquoise for Christmas. It has carved arrow heads and an inscription on the inside. Really unique baby bracelet.

melissalarcher I have a Navajo bracelet with turquoise listed in my closet and I'm not sure if it's authentic turquoise or not. I noticed you said you can identify if it's fake or authentic. It's labeled Sterling but that's all I know. I also have one in my sold items I can tag you in both. I actually backed out of the sale of the large one & decided to keep. I bought & it was represented as authentic. But I'm not sure what it is.
