Ample storage and organization to minimize bounce and increase ease of finding items in the run. It's a great design and I love that the top strap sits high on the chest, a gripe I have about other running packs designed for male anatomy, but admittedly I haven't used this for running or really much of anything since I opt for a waist back more often in shorter days or a fastpack for longer efforts!
