black flowy cross back summer mini dress

flowy black dress. there are two layers the bottoms layer is shorter and the top layer is sheet. it crosses in the back and has adjustable stamps for length. there is a little wear on one of the straps where it is frayed a bit at the adjustable clamp but does not really have any effect on the dress. very cute flowy summer dress!
