has been used! love this bag but just don’t reach for it anymore does have a few hanging threads or loose stitches (?) - I can’t say whether they’re all from use or not because I’ve had it a while so I don’t remember and I’ve had other BAGGU’s come brand new with popped/loose stitches - bag still feels solid though and I couldn’t find any other flaws :)
