Could easily fit someone smaller than these measurements due to full lace up back, can cinch in tighter. Reposhing this dress I just received but ended up being too small in the bust. Best for size medium with smaller bust as there is no stretch in front, or someone size small would fit comfortably. Beautiful dress, quality, wish it fit.
