I got better at setting boundaries and that made a world of difference for me. Choosing not to put energy towards anything negative in my life. People, bad habits, friendships and relationships that don’t fill me up in good way. I have learned everything is magnified on what you focus on. If I or you continue to put energy into things that don’t benefit us we will continue to feel drained. If we stop. We all of a sudden have more energy for things and people we want In our life.
I’ve been really struggling with depression again lately.
I have ample everything.
I have food, warmth, family, everyone has some problems but I don’t have a lot.
I have like four bags of gift cards.
I probably could go to Starbucks for a year with my gift cards.
But this morning I slept until late, maybe 9am which is late for me. Most mornings I am up by 7am at the latest unless I was out all night/ super tired/ sick.
And, I kept thinking there is absolutely zero point to getting out of bed.
I just hate everything.
I don’t know how to stop feeling this way.
It’s a me problem.
I am really trying to work on it. I had the best weekend, I visited my aunt and we ordered pizza and I made some things. Like it’s nothing bad. It’s all good.
Guys hit on me like everywhere I go.
Got plenty of Starbucks.
Went shopping at the mall, got some mocha and some clothes.
Almost no health problems.
I just don’t want to wake up anymore.
I don’t know why I feel awful all of the time
