kylieeg Hi, I just received this package today and the box was empty. Considering the bag is in the photo I am not accusing you of sending me an empty box as it went to poshmark HQ. I received the YSL box & a posh authentic card without the bag so I am pretty sure it was packed back up without the bag in it. I just filed a claim. I will be reporting them if this does not get resolved.

kylieeg @megan_jai2011 they authenticated the bag & sent me the authentication card so if you originally mailed an empty box I don’t think they would’ve done that. Doesn’t make sense. Someone at HQ had to have stolen it and shipped me an empty box. I am fuming to say the least because I work hard for my money. I’m waiting for an email bag because of course they don’t have a phone number.

megan_jai2011 @kylieeg Right! Same! I’m upset as well. I paid a lot of money for that bag and for someone steal it is insane. This experience has put a bad taste in my mouth for sure. Please keep me posted and I will do the same. Who are else are you reporting to so I can do the same?

kylieeg @megan_jai2011 honestly idk at the moment, I’m waiting on poshmark’s response and then I will go from there. I’m dealing with USPS to get shipping weights during each stage of transit. If you shipped it with the bag & it came to me empty, I’m sure the weights will be different. Funny cause when I got the package I thought wow this is really light probably because it’s denim and not leather. BUT NO it was empty. Lol I’m so mad.
