Y2K 2000s 00’s flowy fairy handkerchief hem halter top with ruffle

Very 2000s black and white floral halter top from vintage brand Tempted. Flowy chiffon fabric. Fully lined. Uneven / handkerchief hem with shark bite effect. Longer length to pair with your favorite low rise jeans or micro mini skirt. 100% polyester. Flaw: some of the stitches of one strap have ripped. This is a very easy 2 minute fix with just some thread and a needle or a few seconds on a sewing machine. I can do it before sending out but I’m not the best seamstress so I want to give that option.
