Worldmart Boho Skirt

High waisted with drawstring or can be worn as a strapless dress. Bohemian pattern pair well with a green tank or dress it up for winter. Super flowy and has great stretch at the top. Found this beauty at the thift store but still in great shape. Kinda sheer but has a cotton slip underneath. Has small rip underneath the dress doesnt effect the look at all!
