Women's Size M Cropped Black Ruffled Jacket Casual Dressy

This is a women's size medium black cropped jacket with ruffled trim at the wrists and hem. Unfornately, I don't recognize the circled HH logo nor is the brand name legible on the tag. This is previously owned in good condition with some blemishes, as shown. One button is being held in place by a safety pin but will need to be sewn back on. Measurements are approximate: Shoulder to hem is approximately 23" long, underarm to underarm is 20" across or 40" all around with little stretch.
