Women’s Floral Dress

Worn once— I received the dress from Boohoo with the elastic in one of the arms not being as stretchy as the other. You could not tell at all while the dress was on. I even included pictures showing both arms so you can see the sleeves. I am a size 18/20 and 5‘6“
