starraether .... . in the interest of moving toward a purchase just need to know two things firstly what is the chest measurement across the front directly under the armholes from side seam to side seam and also what is the skirt waistline measurement when relaxed and if there's elastic what is the measurement when it is comfortably stretched Many THANKS!
