Wild Polyester Funky Dress

Are you funky enough for this? I've been calling this dress You're So Funky. It's a well-made polyester dress with a belt in the same fabric and a sturdy zipper. If it's homemade it was done by a very skilled dressmaker. No tags but it's polyester, folks. Medium weight. The sides have little slits. It's not patchwork, it's some crazy 1970s fabric action.
