Adorable bikini top from Target! New with tags, unfortunately it runs a bit small - I usually wear a medium but this might be best suited for someone who wears a S. It's lower coverage, but has super cute ruched/tunneled ties on the cups so you can adjust the coverage a bit to your comfort level! It's a unique detail and so feminine.
