This is a very comfortable skort (mini-skirt with built in shorts of identical fabric. The fabric is 98% cotton with 2% spandex. It is in very good used condition with no rips, tears, or smells. The background color is black, with flowers in butter yellow, a gold/goldenrod/mustard-ish, leaf green, a little olive green, white, light brown/tan, medium brown, black, white, with white leaves. It's a Misses 14 (not Women's 14W) The measurements of the skirt part are (I try to be accurate but am not perfect...): Waist from side to side = 18" Hips from side to side = 24" Hem from side to side = 27" Top of waistband to hem = 18"
