Lands' End Light Tan Khaki Cotton Skort Mini Skirt and Sash Belt 16

This skort (skirt with attached shorts, all of the same fabric) is a very light tan/khaki color. It is in very good used condition and comes with a matching belt though it is missing a button on one of the rear pockets and has a little dark smudge near the zipper placket. (Check out the photos. It looks to me like the smudge will come out with washing, but I'm not 100% certain. Both of these concerns have been taken into consideration in the price). It has some lovely detailing: the waist seams are taped on the inside with pink fabric. It's a Misses 16 (not Women's 16W) The measurements of the outer skirt are (I try to be accurate but am not perfect...): Waist from side to side = 18.25" Hips from side to side = 23.75" Hem from side to side = 24.75" Back top of waistband to hem = 18"
