lisa0333 @oesterzon I think just slightly above your knee. I measured from the top of bustier portion to bottom of fringe is 31in. At 5' it hit me right at top of my knee. Lmk if you have more questions😜

lisa0333 @aperkovich yes there is adjustable straps included. Laying flat zippered the bust is 14 inches, waist 13i inches, and length is 30 all the way to the bottom of fringe and under fringe is a solid lining I hope that answers your questions and if not let me know.
