lisa0333 @mystiquex_sach I believe it runs a bit large, the waist is 13 measured 1/2 laying flat, length is 35in., & bust is 15in. It has a lining with a ruffle and some layers of crinoline to give bounce to bottom. I added a pic. It’s well constructed with lots of detail. lisa0333 @knahas21 is has a brocade type pattern but is a polyester fabric that is lighter than brocade. It has a structured bodice with nice detail. It is fully lined with a poly lining and a ruffle for skirt flare like a crinoline It’s light medium weight fabric suitable for any weather I added pics that may help.
