White House Black Market Strapless Dress

This is a striking dress by WHBM in black and white with stripes in contrasting stripes, both horizontal and diagonal in a pattern designed to flatter your figure in the best way possible. It has a high low hem measuring only 36” in front with a 14” slit in the center and 55” in back. It’s an XS that measures 15” at the bust but can stretch another 3”, 24” at the empire waist, 15” at the natural waist, 19” at the hips and there is overall stretch. I’ve been lucky enough to find this dress three times in three different sizes and it’s very popular. It’s in excellent condition.
