bless20 Hi the items you purchased were shipped to them wrong address poshmark has been notified . Because they weight more than. 5ibs I had to go to the post office to get the exact weight plus I paid additional postage and the wrong label was placed I gave the tracking number to poshmark already . Hopefully it will be resolved soon

ladestiny29 @bless20 Oh, no! Hopefully package has not been delivered and still in transit so it can reroute to me. If already delivered and accepted by someone, not too many people are honest nowadays that will actually drop off at post office. Fingers crossed as I really wanted those jeans and sneakers for my son. In the meantime, how can I track it if new tracking number was put in post office? Do you have that at hand?

Last status of item: Delivered, Front Desk/Reception at Gilbert, AZ 85234 on May 19, 2016, 9:48am It's been 5 days since delivery. Today is Tuesday. Like I said, I'm going to give it up to Saturday night. If by then person has not forwarded package to me with the shipping label that PM has emailed them, I will contact PM to cancel order altogether.

rkelly1 Good morning sweetie... The buyer that you asked me about yesterday with the initials MR I never had problems with. The only issue I had was that she never accepted the purchase and once it was pushed through via Poshmark she then rated me but other than making me wait 4 days to get my money, even though I have requested her acceptance, that was the only issue I had.

ladestiny29 @rkelly1 Okay. Thanks for the info. I just feel so uncomfortable with that buyer and will trust my instinct on this one and not do business with them any longer. I am clueless as to why they only gave me 3 stars and commented that I needed to improve my description of the purse. I sent them an authentic name brand purse in excellent condition at only $16. That was a steal. I now regret it and wish I had stayed with that beautiful purse.

ladestiny29 @rkelly1 Anyhow, another reason why I feel awkward and will not do business again with them is because as you noticed on comments, there are a number of sellers asking her to please accept so payment can be released. There's absolutely no reason why any seller needs to ask this as buyers should either accept or get in contact with PM immediately not buy time and do neither.

Therefore, I ship on here either that day or the following and when I purchase something I comment and accepted immediately. ladestiny29 @ludeae When I first listed the sandals, they were in new condition but no tags as you saw in pics. When you ordered then and I went to get them from storage, I noticed a small damage on a corner of a heel that was not noticeable or affected the heel in walking at all. I was honest enough to take pics and share with you of the slight damage and you told me to proceed with the mailing of order. I have pics of condition of sandals before they were shipped.

ludeae @ladestiny29 Yes, you showed pics of the heel damage. Yes, I said send them. However, upon opening the package, I found that the other shoe had extensive damage. The sole is split, the toe is crumbling, & it's heel also has missing piece. I've sent pictures with my return request.

ladestiny29 @atkyros I do have to agree with you. Customer service is the most important part of business. Without it, you have no business. I wish many thought like us. I got blocked just last night by a customer because I she was upset of pet costumes not fitting her pets. I explained to her that my measurements were accurate and verified twice and that's when she blocked me. What happened to communication? It's the only way to problem solve. Some people once they are upset, that's it.

Opened few minutes ago and unfortunately, 2 bottles cracked. 1 end broken off and another plastic white rim of roller ball cracked. :( The glass bottles needed additional bubble wrap envelope instead of manila envelope. I have contacted PM to see what can be done in this matter. We wait for response.
