snausages1 I ordered a sweater jacket from anthropology from your closet. I am so disappointed and cannot use it at all. It 100% smells strongly of smoke and other musty odors. It's nauseating. Will you please honor my purchase made in good faith that it was clean and without odor and refund me. I will gladly ship it back as will never be able to wear it.

b_a_rose @snausages1 i am always willing to work with buyers to ensure they are happy with their purchase. this was a reposh item, so not something originally from my home. i apologize for the musty/smoke smell.. i didnt smell it personally, but ive had a horrible head cold for a few weeks so will definitely admit its possible. Sometimes sealing items in plastic intensifies even sublte oders.

b_a_rose @amyjojohnson57 i am sorry. just seeing this.. i did ship. im sorry. it was picked up from my house several days ago. i have inquired with USPS and have been told they are experiencing some delays and to please allow up to 10 days for tracking update. i also reported to Poshmark a few days ago. i will try USPS again tomorrow & see if there is an update.
