hmoore1229 I purchased a pair of Matilda Jane black big ruffles fr rom you on 9/30. My credit card was charged and I received a confirmation email. However when I looked for shipping information it says another buyer purchased this item. I looked for an email address to email you and sent you a message which includes screen shots on Instagram. Can you please check into this and let me know?

tropical0xx @hmoore1229 hello- I don’t see an email from you but I did look through my records and it says the black ruffles were sold to someone else. They are currently pending acceptance on their end. I wonder if maybe there was a glitch where you both purchased at the same time? Please contact poshmark support and let me know the outcome or if there’s any way I can help. I’m so sorry that happened to you.

tropical0xx @hmoore1229 I just checked the date sold and my ruffles were sold on 9/26 so wouldn’t have been available to purchase on the 30th unless there was a glitch.

hmoore1229 @tropical0xx I actually went back and looked as well and it would have been the 26th when I purchased them immediately after you sent the offer. It just didn't post on my credit card statement until the 30th. I will definitely reach out to poshmark support.
