viscosity @finnypants hey 🤗 thank you! I’m excited for you!! I shared a TON! I would share my own closet at the top of each hour and when it was a posh party I would share every ten minutes for one hour 🤪 I noticed that jewelry and shoes always sold the best for me. Never jeans or shorts for some reason. And for me simple seemed to sell best unless it was a current trend that I knew wasn’t a fad or that I could sell quickly then id order it.

viscosity Sharing other people’s closets were very important to me and I also would comment on their about me page to welcome them to poshmark and offer them a bundle discount. I’d also make a page for people to be tagged when I posted new items and I kept a list on my notes section in my phone so I would copy and paste their @ tag name each time so it would be fast for me to post that I had new items instead of remembering who wanted to be or who I already told.

viscosity I also kept a spreadsheet of how much I paid for an item versus what I made so I would make sure I was profiting always. It’s difficult but worth it!

viscosity @finnypants yeah we have a business license and an LLC. My favorite place to find things were from directly the wholesale labels and not on here. Sadie and sage are great people! Also POL is great. And Luxe LA. There are so many awesome people. When I first started out I used OrangeShine . Com and that was an amazing platform before I got lower prices directly from the wholesalers.
