@legends36 Hi, thank you for your interest in this wedge. This shoe is comfortable for standing and walking , however you do need to have balance to walk for hours because the wedge is backless. The shoe size runs small, for example if you wear a 7 you should get an 8. Please let us know if you have more questions. Happy Poshing!
