kmbrlyc0527x @kwilson1969 hi! The website verifies the S is true to size 2-4 and the length measurement from shoulder to hem is 24” I’m not sure how to measure the chest but hopefully this helps!

kwilson1969 @kmbrlyc0527x Thank you. The best way to measure the chest is to zip the jacket up and then measure from armpit to armpit across the front. i.e. 18" across from pit to pit would be a 36" chest. :-)
