Warning about seller @mrs_rick_s

I want to warn other buyers about this seller, Teri Sherwood, who sells things from a smoking home without disclosing. I received an expensive Loro piana sweater dress from her advertised as in great condition, that smelled awfully of cigarettes. She argued that it had been cleaned before (don’t believe it) and I was not able to return it because she never specifically said it was from a smoke free home. It’s still a misrepresentation to not disclose the contrary. That’s like selling a sweater covered in stains not made visible in pictures and then saying “I never said there weren’t stains” It’s disappointing that sellers like this don’t put their customers happiness and well-being more than making a quick profit off of deception. I should also add that immediately after viewing my private complaint this seller blocked me so I would not be able to warn other customers on her page in my review. A lesson to buyers - ask for confirmation that an item is from a smoke free home first and don’t count on a sellers integrity or Poshmark’s support. Poshmark will also not stand behind an item you receive that reeks of an odor because it’s not something you can prove in photos.
