WHAT IS A LOWBALL OFFER? (handy chart)

I've seen a lot of confusion over what's considered a lowball (at least in US-based sales culture). This chart may help. Basically, anything that asks for more than 20% off the list price is considered a lowball in the international designer clothing resale communities with primarily US admins. And yes, many cultures around the world accept and enjoy the lowballing/haggling process, but the fact is that Posh is not a single-culture place and for many others, lowballing is really disrespectful.
