This top is true Y2K vintage from Victoria’s Secret! It is a wrap style with side striped ties/trim along the bottom, ties to fit and large kimono style sleeves. Fabric is a satin silk with all over floral print. There is one spot along the seam in under arm area on the right side where a repair has been made (see pic, could have this professionally repaired if desired but you can’t really see this spot when you wear it because it is hidden under all the fabric).
