This dress from Windsor is a true vintage Y2K throwback! It is a pull on style with ties that lace up in the back and a long slit up the front. Ties adjust strap length and across the bust. Fabric is a stretch knit in a deep Burgundy color. Dress is lined. There is a small part of the neckline where seam is coming undone (shell from lining, see pic, easy fix), otherwise great condition!
