@ogeysue I talked to a friend and she said it usually takes posh support a few days to get a “resolution” to a case. So, this isn’t anything unusual. I’m confident they’ll approve it since we are both in agreement about a refund. Sorry it isn’t a quicker process, and SO sorry I didn’t notice the “narrow fit” on the box. The shoes don’t say it, so I’m glad I ended up sending you the box!! Crossing my fingers we’ll get the resolution email soon!! 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼
