Center medallion with embossed DOJ INS 10-14K gold. Outer metal of pendant is yellow gold-tone. Unknown diamont caret. It was often awarded to excellent staff and those with decades of service. This style is no longer awarded, retired. * Colors & Materials: Lovely shiny gold-tone metal Pendant with center medallion of 10-14K gold lettering/embossed and TWO clear tiny diamond chips. Embossed The *  Approximate Age: Guesstimate VINTAGE 1950s-90s mid to late 20th century. * Size: about 1" x 1.25 with bail. A solid Medal of Honor! RARE! (a style that is no longer awarded, retired). * CONDITION: A bit of tarnish on surrounding yellow gold-tone metal. Excellent condition!! No flaws that I can see. I tried to reflect its good condition in the photos and video. No major damage (NO breaks, cracks, missing parts), a few small time-related very fine, barely able to see dimples, hazy clear spots, barely there scritches/scrapes This piece would be great as a memory of personal or past generations service to the US government.
