This vintage Cardiere et Cie gown is crafted from luminous 100% silk in a striking electric sapphire blue, with strong shoulders and a long clean column silhouette that elongates the body beautifully. The focal point is the hand-applied pearl & crystal beading, set in a couture-style swirling motif that gathers the silk into sculptural draping at the waist. Made in Hong Kong during the era when Hong Kong ateliers were producing some of the finest highest quality silks and hand beaded garments for luxury boutiques and evening salons.
