Vintage beautiful blue wool skirt

Handmade. No stains. Gorgeous blue robin egg color (filter used on first two photos because color is brighter than unflitered photos), wool. No holes, but some seems show fabric wear (see last two photos). Size small (measures 13.5” across, 25” length). Probably comfortable on a size 4 or small 6.
