Stunning and flattering vintage inspired dress

This beautiful dress is cut to look stunning on anyone. Worn 3 times. No snags or sites of wear, though there are two white spots on left thigh and left bottom of bow that feels textured and does not come out with water, I haven’t tried more aggressive cleaning. See close up photo. Smoke free home.
